We Claim:

An improved, innovative musical instrument to compose music and playdifferent ragas, comprising a wooden body (23) having a wooden frame(24), a sponge (25) and metal pins, a mallet (26) made up of plasticstraw (27) with wood top (28), wherein said instrument is comprising of22 music keys (numbered 1-22) in total, said keys are made up ofaluminium and placed next to each other in one single row such that thekeys are of different height, width, length, weight, said keys areremovable and colour coded as well, such that said instrument allows auser five steps of instrument playing viz. exploration, imitation, notation,composition and improvisation.

The improved, innovative musical instrument to compose music and playdifferent ragas as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wooden body (23) ishaving a space of thirteen keys (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, I and m) ata time, so that removable keys are removed and inserted by user as perthe requirement of the music to be composed.
