FIELD OF THE INVENTION:The present invention relates to an intelligent robot for hiring the candidate. Moreparticularly it relates to recruiting and determining or evaluating candidates suitablefor an employment posi tion or a role in an organization or company.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:The companies are in need of the employees most of time. To fulfil these need, thecompanies are hired the employees for the work. The prior hiring employ process is insecure. The75% of HR managers have identified a lie on curriculum vitae. Also in the priormethod, it is impossible to know how much fabrication actually goes undetected.The method is slow and expensive and it is difficult to determine of a potentialemployee's work and education history, so the accuracy is low. Also some timeinterviews can depend on the mood of the interviewer so we cannot give properjustification to the candidates. The result of prior method is unpredicted and failedto get evolution of employ whom are right or wrong. So, the generation has beenchanged and in recent era, inventors is invent the robotics employment recruitingsystem which is totally artificial intelligence based and which is totally secure andmore accurate.The robot is device which having a microcontroller being capable to carrying out acomplex series of actions automatically. Generally, theavailability of a job opening must be communicated to persons who may beinterested in the position, contact must be established between potential jobcandidates and the employer, and a group of candidates must be screened andinterviewed to identify the candidate most suited for the position. The priortechnology does not easily integrated with the user candidate during the interviewprocess.To solve the above mentioned issues with the prior art technologies, the inventorsof present invention come up with a good solution in form of an intelligent robotfor hiring the candidate. The structure of the robot and process to hire the candidateis less complex and more efficient with respect to the prior technologies. The robotdisclosed herein is intelligent and can be integrated with the user candidate easily.The accuracy and productivity is high. The intelligent robot disclosed herein is morereliable and consistence in form of the hiring procedure and eliminates theinsecurity of the candidates. The intelligent robot disclosed herein collects the dataof the candidate securely and store it easily compared to the robots of the priortechnologies. The flexibility and scalability of the intelligent robot disclosed hereinis higher than the prior art robots. The presentinvention is all about an intelligent robot for hiring the candidate.The main aspect of the present invention is to provide an intelligent robot for hiringthe candidate comprising a microcontroller unit being capable to collect, store andtransmit the data packets of the individual candidate and configured to process aninput data. The ideal candidate profile having a best fit profile of one or more topperformers associated with the organization, and said controller includes predictionbased on artificial intelligence to retrieve best fit profile based on said data packets.The intelligent robot for hiring the candidate being capable to drive with a DC motorand drivers. The motion controlling sensor mounted in periphery of saidmicrocontroller unit being capable to respond from the stationary position based onthe predefined motion gestures. Claims

1. An intelligent robot for hiring the candidate (100) comprising: a microcontroller (101) unit being capable to collect, store and transmit the data packets of the individual candidate and configured to process an input data; said ideal candidate profile having a best fit profile of one or more top performers associated with the organization, and said controller includes prediction based on artificial intelligence to retrieve best fit profile based on said data packets; said intelligent robot for hiring the candidate being capable to drive with a DC motor and drivers (102); a motion controlling sensor (103) mounted in periphery of said microcontroller (101) unit being capable to respond from the stationary position based on the predefined motion gestures; a speaker (104) being provided to convert the electric signals into the sound signals; a microphone (105) having inbuilt transducer being capable to sense the sound waves and convert the sound waves into electrical signal to store the data electronically into said microcontroller (101) and mounted with a sound amplification unit (105a) to enhance the sound quality; a display (106) being capable of exhibiting the real time information; a camera (107) provided for authentication and security being capable to capture, stores and transmit the candidate image in real time to eliminate the duplication of candidate; a sensor unit consisting of plurality of bio sensors mounted on a sensor band (108) and ultrasonic sensor (109) to sense the different physiographical parameters of the candidate; a power supply (110) being capable to provide the power supply (110) to said peripheral embodiments and said microcontroller; a voltage regulators being capable to regulate the voltage of said intelligent robot for hiring the candidate; a wireless connectivity being capable to transmit said data packages; wherein, said microcontroller (101) including a comparison element configured to compare said candidate profile to said ideal candidate profile, and to generate a suitable evaluation for the selected role based on said comparison; said microcontroller (101) further including a re-assessment feedback loop configured to generate additional performance data based on information from a candidate hired, said additional performance data having an actual performance data in said hired candidate's performance, and said re-assessment feedback loop being configured to identify candidates with suitability ratings for the selected role above a threshold value whose additional performance data indicates a poor performance after an initial ramp-up time, said actual performance data for the identified candidates being outputted to said ideal candidate profile generation component.
