Abstract
Description
Description of the invention Title of the invention (as stated in the declaration) Soft drink with traditional medicine blend soft drink with the combination of traditional medicine Technical background of the relevant invention This pharmaceutical product is in the first group, namely human needs, subsection: health and hygiene, and is about the production of a beverage with a traditional medicine composition. The international classification codes of this invention in the WIPO database in the International Patent Classification (IPC) system are F16F 1 / 04 and B31C 11 / 06 and A61B 17 / 00 and A61B 17 / 08. Technical problem and stating the objectives of the invention According to the teachings of Iranian and complementary medicine, drinking liquids with food causes digestive disorders. According to statistics, many people need to drink liquids with food, and the most consumed liquid with food is soft drinks. According to traditional medicine sources, the only drinkable liquid that can also help with digestion is a type of drink and syrup called Razavi syrup, available in traditional medicine pharmacies. This syrup is usually not well-received due to its taste and type of syrup. However, by converting this syrup into a soft drink, it has a suitable taste and can be used as a healthy drink that can even help with digestion. The types of ingredients used, such as ginger, cloves, saffron, and mastic, are effective in strengthening the stomach and helping with digestion. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to produce a completely plant-based beverage with the aim of better digestion of food and replacing other current liquids and beverages. A description of the state of the prior art and the history of developments related to the claimed invention. Based on our searches in the archive of the Intellectual Property Organization of Iran at https: / / ipmsaa.ir / search, the keywords of soft drinks containing raisins, honey, mastic, saffron, cloves, ginger were examined and no similar cases were found. Also, a search was conducted in patentscop, Espacenet, Google (Patents), Lens, and Freepatentsonline (FPO), and no similar cases were found. We have also searched the international key titles in the article search database. Each article was reviewed separately for their practical results and no mention was found of producing a herbal drink with this formulation, i.e. the combination of components and their ratio. Considering the above references and mentioning the importance of research and patenting in the field of soft drinks with a combination of Iranian and complementary medicine, no invention has been found in the country or abroad that directly uses the innovative formulation. Providing a solution to an existing technical problem along with an accurate, sufficient, and integrated description of the invention In the name of the Almighty Preparation of the initial extract: Composition and amount of primary extract ingredients: Large seedless currants 4093 grams Smooth honey without wax 409 grams Ginger 3.18 grams Cloves 1.59 grams 18.3 grams of saffron Valerian 1.59 grams Chicory seeds 1.59 grams 1.59 grams of mastic How to prepare the primary extract: First, take the currant seeds, wash them with water, and soak them in clean water and in a stone pot with four fingers of water on it. Leave them in the water for three days in winter and one day in summer. Then transfer them to another stone pot with water in it. Cook the water and currants together until they puff up, then remove them, strain them, and let them cool. Put them in the stone pot twice and boil gently until two-thirds of it evaporates. Then pour the honey into it and pour the same amount of water as the honey, i.e. 409 grams. Let it boil until the water evaporates. At the same time, grind the chicory into powder and pour it into a linen cloth and put it in the water. Stir well with a wooden stick. After pouring the honey and spices, boil them over low heat until the amount of water that was poured with the honey evaporates. Then pour these contents into a jar and let it sit for up to 3 months. Then we add twice as much water. The raw materials of the syrup are drinking water and the liquid obtained from the above combination. After mixing the ingredients in specific proportions and adding sodium benzoate, which is used as a preservative, they are mixed together using the existing mixers, and the mixers continue to work until the above extract is completely dissolved in the water. Due to the presence of impurities and various types of microbial contamination, the above water and extract solution must pass through lens filters and filter presses. Water purification The first step is disinfection through chlorination and water purification and gypsum removal through a filter. Purification is by reverse osmosis and sand filtration and passing through a semi-permeable osmotic membrane. Also, a UV lamp is used in the next step. CO2 gas supply #x200fGas production is very important in a soft drink factory because gas consumption is essential in soft drinks. The foaming state and burning taste in carbonated soft drinks are related to the presence of carbon dioxide gas in them. When injected into the soft drink, this gas, in addition to creating flavor, is also considered a preservative due to the acidic environment it creates. After the carbonic gas is prepared and converted to a liquid state at a temperature of -30 degrees, it is added to the final solution. FLOO MIX The final extract is sent to the flow mix section by a special pump, and in this section the final extract and cooled purified water are mixed in a ratio of 2 times the initial syrup. The flow mix has two pumps for the final extract and water. These pumps keep the water and extract levels at a certain level. Gas addition step: The water and extract are mixed in the chamber and sent to the carbocooler for gas injection, and the gas produced by combining the extract and water in the flowmix stage is added to the resulting liquid. Explanation of shapes, maps and diagrams Soft drink production steps: 1-Preparation of the initial extract 2- Water supply and purification 3- CO2 gas preparation 4-Phase Flumix 5-Adding gas A clear and precise statement of the advantages of the claimed invention over prior inventions. 1. Longer lasting than traditional medicine syrups for the stomach 9. Can be used by all ages Description of at least one implementation method for implementing the invention This drink can be used as a suitable drink with food. Explicit mention of the industrial application of the invention This drink can be used as a substitute for drinks and liquids that are normally consumed with or after meals. This drink not only does not cause digestive upset, but it also aids in digestion. Brief description of the invention This invention, titled "Razavi Soft Drink," is in the category of human needs and the subcategory of herbal drinks and Iranian medicine. This soft drink not only does not cause digestive problems but is also effective in digesting food.
