Description of the invention Title of the invention: Syringe kit for producing platelet-rich plasma Technical background of the relevant invention This invention is in the field of medical devices, and specifically in the field of design and production of Platelet-Rich Plasma extraction kits. This technology is used in restorative, cosmetic, dental, and orthopedic treatments. Technical problem and stating the objectives of the invention In conventional methods of preparing PRP, a blood sample is first collected in special tubes containing anticoagulant. The tube is then placed in a centrifuge and, after separation, the plasma is extracted with a separate syringe. This method is multi-step and time-consuming, and carries the risk of cross-contamination, loss of part of the sample, and increased cost. Also, the need for multiple equipment such as tubes, syringes, connectors, and transfer ports makes the task complex and prone to user error. The purpose of the present invention is to design and produce a PRP syringe kit that performs all the steps of plasma collection, centrifugation, and extraction in a closed and integrated system. No need for separate tubes and no risk of contamination or contact with the sample. A description of the state of the prior art and the history of developments related to the claimed invention. In recent years, various types of PRP production kits have been introduced, which mainly use glass or plastic tubes containing anticoagulants to separate plasma. Despite these innovations, none of these designs provide the ability to perform the complete PRP collection, centrifugation, and extraction process in a single syringe unit. As a result, there is still a need for a simple, integrated, low-cost, and safe system for preparing PRP. The present invention eliminates the need for a separate tube and designs a closed syringe system that is capable of both blood collection and separation and extraction. It has provided significant technical innovation in this area. Providing a solution to an existing technical problem along with an accurate, sufficient, and integrated description of the invention The platelet-rich plasma production syringe kit includes the following components: 1. Centrifugal piston chamber: A body made of polycarbonate or polypropylene resistant to centrifugal force, which acts as the main blood chamber. 2. Screwed gasket (end washer): During blood collection, it sucks blood into the chamber, and after it is separated from the cylinder, it is responsible for separating the different layers of blood and preventing leakage. 3. Plastic end cap: It is attached to the end of the syringe to prevent liquid leakage during centrifugation, it is placed behind the gasket and prevents contamination of the centrifuge chamber. 4. Syringe core or pressure cylinder: After the end of centrifugation, it is placed under the gasket and by squeezing it, platelet-rich plasma is easily extracted from the syringe outlet. 5. Internal anticoagulant: The inner surface of the chamber is coated with an anticoagulant to prevent blood clotting. Kit usage process: •Blood is collected directly into the syringe chamber. •After removing the cylinder, the plastic cap is closed at the end of the chamber. •The chamber is placed in a centrifuge and the blood layers are separated by rotation. Claim What is claimed: Claim 1) A syringe kit for producing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) consisting of: - A centrifugeable piston chamber made of polycarbonate or polypropylene and its inner surface is coated with an anticoagulant; - A screw-on gasket placed at the end of the chamber and responsible for separating the blood layers after centrifugation and preventing liquid leakage; - A plastic end cap that is installed on the end of the chamber during centrifugation and prevents contamination and liquid leakage; - A syringe core (cylinder) that is placed under the gasket after centrifugation and is used to extract plasma. Claim 2) According to claim number 1, during the blood collection stage, the screw gasket, when connected to the cylinder, sucks blood into the chamber and, after separation, plays the role of separating the blood layers. Claim 3) According to claim number 1, the end plastic cap is removed after the centrifuge is completed, allowing the cylinder to be placed under the gasket for plasma extraction. Claim 4) According to claim 1, the piston chamber is placed directly in a standard clinical centrifuge and the plasma separation process is performed. Claim 5) According to claim 1, the entire process from blood collection to PRP preparation can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
