Description

DESCRIPTION of the Utility Model entitled: "SIMPLE-MADE LAMPSHADE FOR LAMPS IN GENERAL" from the THREE LIGHTS of the CESARO BROTHERS & CSnc, of Italian nationality, based in Solano - (Milan no) - and elected domiciled at the office Patents Dr. Prof. Franco Cicogna, in Via Visconti di Modrone, 14 / A - Milan. Filed on 2 FEB. 1994 ESCRITIO to the N. MI94U / Q0 The present invention has as its object a pa simplified construction lampshade, for lamps in type. As is known, lampshades for lamps come no, usually made using fencing elements you, shaped so as to adhere to a support frame, generally circular or polygonal in shape, which is equipped with radial elements, for connect to the light fixture attachment area you, or light bulb. To perform the fixing of the element shielding to the supporting frame, it is necessary ' * T *ì*xS. / > / X'iX / / study \>\ / « / technical- LE GALeYjX MBREVETTI j® \ ,\ Doll, Prof. / ? / V\FRAN(2O stork / ____ I have to resort to complex and laborious operations, which, in addition to requiring good skill on the part of the operator, have a significant impact on production costs. The aim of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem by providing a simplified lampshade for lamps in general, which allows the coupling between the shielding element and its supporting frame to be carried out in an extremely simple and rapid manner, furthermore offering the user the possibility of interchanging the shielding elements. In practice, the aforementioned lampshade allows for a significant reduction in production times and related costs, while still obtaining a very valid overall product, from an aesthetic and structural point of view. Furthermore, the simplified lampshade in question, which is able to offer the widest guarantees of reliability and safety in use, is easily obtainable using elements and materials commonly available on the market and, therefore, is competitive from an economic point of view. The above mentioned task, as well as the purposes mentioned and others, which will be better highlighted in / / STUDIO / TECNI CO LEGAL e\V\ hl PATENTS 1'1 \ Doll. Prof. I fl VXFRANPO STORK / • / Xjltt subsequently, they are achieved by a simplified lampshade, for lamps in general, according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises a lampshade frame, which can be associated with a support element of the lighting body and has a pair of uprights, connected to each other by at least one crosspiece; the uprights are engaged by joining elements, associated with opposite edges of shielded sheet-like elements, which can be positioned in correspondence with the lighting body. Further features and advantages of the invention will be better highlighted through an examination of the description of a simplified lampshade, illustrated for indicative but not limitative purposes with the aid of the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 represents the lampshade, in dissociated perspective view; Figure 2 represents the lampshade, in perspective view; Figure 3 represents the lampshade, seen in elevation and partially in section. With particular reference to the nu symbols merici of the above figures, the lampshade realizes simplified solution, for lamps in general, according to the thousands*? STUDY TECHNICAL LEGAL PATENTS Dr.*. Prof. FRANCO CICOGNA found, which is indicated, in its entirety, with reference number 1, comprises a frame 2, made from a pair of vertical uprights 3, which, at their lower end, can be associated, by means of joints 4, to a lower crosspiece 5, on which a lamp holder 6 is applied, for connecting the lighting body. Furthermore, the crosspiece 5 can be connected to a base 7, or to any other support element, so as to create the lamp, of the type logy and the desired conformation. Frame 2 has an upper crosspiece 8, which connects the upper ends of the uprights 2, thus creating a frame with a substantially rectangular shape. The lampshade is completed by a pair of sheet-shaped screening elements, 10 and 11, which, in correspondence with opposite edges, are connected to joining elements, made by means of clip ribs 12, or spiral ribs, which, in addition to connecting the screening elements 10 and 11 together, so as to delimit the housing area of the lighting body, can be inserted on the uprights 3, which, based on their distance, give the possibility of creating and determining the curvature of the STUDY TECHNICAL-LEGAL PATENTS □»tt. Prof. shielding plate-shaped elements. It is worth emphasizing the fact that the con The connection between the lampshade and the support frame is carried out simply by inserting the uprights 3 into the ribs 12, or into any spiral elements, without carrying out any other fastening operations, as these elements, in addition to associating the two sheet-shaped elements together, provide the possibility of connecting them to the frame. From what has been described above, it can be seen how the invention achieves the proposed purposes. In particular, we would like to underline the fact that an extremely simple lampshade is created which allows the user to directly remove the shielding sheet elements and replace them with others with different shapes or colours. In practice, the materials used, provided they are compatible with the specific use, as well as the contingent dimensions and shapes, may be any, depending on the needs. ff / STUDIO \>\ / f / technical-legal\^\ PATENTS lj] \»\ Doll.
