Abstract

The structure carries road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface that can be adapted to a magnetic support and comprises in at least one portion thereof a seat for housing the documents to be displayed protected by a transparent element. and in contrast to this housing a surface which comprises in at least one portion of it an area suitable for its magnetic coupling to supports, with the possibility of being able to use it also to display advertising messages and furthermore has in one portion at least one slot which facilitates the taking of the exposed document.

DESCRIPTION of a model patent application of utility in the name of G PUNTO F Srl Filed on 0 7 OCT. 1994 * * * * * with the No MI94U / Q0668 DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other signs particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support. As is known, by law, each vehicle must clearly display both the road tax and the insurance sticker or other documents. Almost all of the structures used for the visible housing of the aforementioned documents, although designed using different techniques, have always and still today foreseen the use of adhesive means for their placement on the windscreens of vehicles. The plastic material generally used for their construction and above all the adhesive contact of these structures with the windshield glass of vehicles have led to numerous drawbacks mainly due to their constant and direct exposure to seasonal temperatures. In fact, it is known how much the cold or the sun's rays harm a plastic material which is directly invested by it. These drawbacks have led to have on the glasses significantly deformed, torn or partially detached vehicle windshields the so-called tax holders, which in addition to being impractical often also compromise the aesthetic side of the vehicles. In this situation, even cleaning the inside of a windshield glass becomes difficult. Another not negligible drawback due to their location is that of taking away a part of the driver's visibility with their encumbrance. The aim of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks described above by providing a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks, particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support which allows to prevent or at least attenuate the occurrence of these drawbacks is drastic. Within the scope of this aim, an important object of the invention is to provide a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks, particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support which can be used on any make and type of motor vehicle currently on the market . Not least object of the present invention is to provide a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support which is easy to manufacture without the use of skilled labor or complex technologies and which has a low cost suitable for facilitating its disclosure to the public. This aim as well as these and other objects are achieved by a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support characterized in that it comprises, in at least one portion thereof, a seat for housing the documents to be displayed protected by a transparent element, and in opposition to this housing a surface characterized in that it comprises in at least one portion thereof an area suitable for its magnetic coupling to supports, with the possibility of being able to use it also for displaying advertising messages. Said structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface which can be adapted to a magnetic support according to the invention , is characterized in that it has at least one gripping slot in one of its portions. Further characteristics and advantages will result from the detailed description of a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles with a surface adaptable to a magnetic support according to the invention, illustrated by way of title indicative in the attached drawings where: - figure 1 is a front perspective view of the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention , a portion thereof having a housing inside which the documents of the vehicle to be displayed are arranged; - figure 2 is a perspective view of the rear of the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention, in which the surface opposite the housing inside which the vehicle documents are arranged is represented, with a area suitable for its coupling to a magnetic support, with the possibility of being able to use it also to display advertising messages; said area comprises at least one gripping slot; - figure 3 shows a perspective view of the transparent and profile element of the structure for road tax, insurance and other signs particularly for motor vehicles according to the present invention in at least one portion thereof a grip member and the sides of its perimeter bevelled; - figure 4 is a perspective and profile view of the magnetic support with adhesive means for its placement in the rear part of the rear-view mirror inside vehicles according to the invention; - figure 5 is a perspective view of a site as a whole of a structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other markings particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention, connected to the magnetic support arranged adhesively on the rear part of the rear-view mirror located inside the vehicles. With reference to the figures described above, the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other signs particularly for motor vehicles with a surface adaptable to a magnetic support according to the invention, indicated as a whole by the reference number 1, is characterized in that it comprises in at least one portion a seat 10 for housing the documents to be displayed, with at least one gripping slot 6. In particular, the seat 10 for housing the documents to be displayed is defined in its perimeter by a containment frame 3 open on one side 8 in which the guides 9 are included for the sliding of a transparent element 2 introduced for the protection and visible retention of exposed documents. The transparent element 2 indicated in figure 3 has the sides of its perimeter 5 bevelled for its sliding in the guides 9 and in addition it has in one portion of it at least a tab or gripping member 4 which can be operated manually. Figure 2 instead shows the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention, with the surface 1 indicated which is opposed to that of the housing 10 for the documents to be displayed and characterized in that it comprises at least a portion thereof an area suitable for its magnetic adaptation to supports, with the possibility of being able to use it also for advertising messages; said area includes at least one slot of socket 6. The support 12 indicated as a whole in figure 4 which has the function of housing the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other signs particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises in at least one portion of it magnetic means 11 associated by means of adhesives , double-sided adhesive or other system for its magnetic coupling to the structure itself and in at least another portion thereof means double-sided tapes 13 or other systems for its assembly in the rear part of the rear-view mirror inside the vehicles. Furthermore, the support is characterized by the fact that it is made of a ductile material which allows the user to widen or narrow its angle of support as necessary to thus obtain the best positioning of the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other particularly for motor vehicles according to the invention on every type of vehicle. The use of the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks according to the invention is evident from what is described and illustrated in figure 5. In fact, it is sufficient to store the documents that we have to display in the housing of the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks according to the invention and secure them therein with the transparent element which retains them in a visible manner; then rest the structure itself according to the invention on the magnetic support arranged in the rear part of the rear-view mirror inside the vehicle and the operation is completed. In practice it can be seen that the structure for carrying road tax, insurance and other marks according to the invention is particularly advantageous in its use precisely because it is made with such technical characteristics for which is not subject to deformation, lacerations or other; makes the replacement operation easier for the user of the expired document; it makes the display of documents more aesthetic and makes it easier for the supervisory bodies to read them; makes cleaning the windshield less complicated. But above all, precisely because it is magnetically connected to the rear part of the rear-view mirror inside vehicles, it does not take away part of the drivers' visibility. In practice, the materials used as well as the dimensions may be any according to the requirements and the state of the machine technique.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. - Structure for holding road tax, insurance and other stamps, particularly for motor vehicles, with a surface adaptable to a magnetic support according to the invention, characterised by the fact that it comprises in at least one portion thereof a seat for housing the documents to be displayed, protected by a transparent element, and in opposition to this seat, a surface characterised by the fact that it comprises in at least one portion thereof an area suitable for its magnetic coupling to supports, with the possibility of also being able to use it to display advertising messages and furthermore it is characterised by the fact that it has in one portion thereof at least one slot that facilitates the grip of the displayed document.

2. - Structure according to claim 1 characterised in that said seat for the distribution of the documents to be displayed is defined in its perimeter by a containment frame open on one of its sides.

3. - Structure according to claim 2 characterised in that said containment frame open on one side includes guides for the sliding of a transparent element introduced for protection and for the visible retention of the displayed documents. Structure according to claim 3 characterised by the fact that said transparent element has the sides of its perimeter beveled and furthermore has in one of its portions at least one manually operable tongue or gripping member.

5. - Structure for holding road tax, insurance and other stamps, particularly for motor vehicles, according to the invention, characterised by the ability to be coupled to a magnetic support.

6. - The magnetic support is characterised by the fact that it comprises in at least one portion thereof magnetic means associated by means of glues, double-sided adhesives or other systems for its coupling to the structure itself according to the invention and in at least another portion thereof double-sided adhesives or other systems for its positioning in the rear part of the rear-view mirror inside vehicles. Furthermore, said support is characterised by the fact that it is made of a ductile material that allows the user to widen or narrow its support angle as needed, thus obtaining the best positioning of the structure according to the invention on any type of vehicle.
