Description

DESCRIPTION of a Utility Model Patent entitled: "RAPID ASSEMBLY TRANSPORTABLE ASSEMBLY FOR THE CREATION OF AN EQUIPPED ROOM, SUCH AS A RESTAURANT ROOM", on behalf of FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL SRL, with registered office in GUALTIERI (Reggio Emilia). * _ * _ * In traveling amusement parks, the problem arises of erecting enclosed spaces to be used as restaurants, bars, arcades, or similar. There are known closed spaces suitable for this purpose, composed of easily assembled and disassembled units, which during transport from one place to another are stowed in suitable wagons, trailers or similar vehicles. 'demountable local flexes, however, require considerable time and effort each time they need to be unloaded and assembled, or vice versa dismantled and loaded onto the respective trailer. Then there is the problem of equipping these premises with appropriate services, such as a kitchen, bar, toilets and the like, which still require time and manpower to be installed and made operational. The purpose of this patent is to make available a large-sized, demountable room whose component parts can be folded inside a transport wagon. UH AGENCY Giuliano Ligabue and / or Tea- C. CORRADINI & C. srl C / 0 daNTE al(GH | ¢21 EG 10 largely mechanized manner, and can, again in a largely mechanized manner, be deployed and arranged in operational position outside the tank. A further aim of the invention is to greatly facilitate the installation and activation of services such as bars, kitchens, toilets and the like. A last but not least aim of the invention is to organize the mutual arrangement of the various parts of the room in such a way that they can be placed inside carts suitable for road transport. The purposes of the invention are achieved by a set comprising two wagons whose bodies can be opened on one side, which are intended to be placed next to each other with the opening sides facing each other, and the platforms mutually connected by a modular frame supporting the floor of the room, the elements of which are placed, during transport, on the wagons themselves or on an additional means of transport. In this configuration, the two boxes make available the opposite portions of the space to be created, and the same carriages house the services, equipment and elements intended to furnish the area above the said support frame. in particular the opening wall of at least one of said boxes comprises a series of mutually connected flat plates AN AGENCY GIULIANO LIGABUP C CORRAD1NI & C bellows-shaped castings along horizontal axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container, designed to occupy a rest position in which it is folded like an accordion and closes the side of a container, and a working position in which it is extended on said support frame. The folding and unfolding of said articulated plates is mechanized, for example by cylinder-piston units. Two vertically arranged equipped walls are also provided, associated with a single box or with both boxes, which are articulated at one end along a vertical axis so as to oscillate between a rest position in which they are received in the open side of the box, and a working position in which they are arranged at a right angle towards the other box. To cover the area between said boxes and said equipped walls, an element is provided, such as a tarpaulin, designed to be hooked to the upper edges of said boxes and said walls, and equipped with a central telescopic support pole, rising from the floor. The characteristics and constructional merits of the invention will be evident from the detailed description that follows, made with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 6 which also show the main stages of preparing a room using an assembly compliant with the invention. From the above figures, two parallelepiped bodies emerge... AN AGENCY? GIULIANO LIGABUS C / O Ing. C. CORRADINI & C. «.ri. ANT At ER C* 1 horizontally developed, constituting the bodies of two wagons and indicated by the numerical references 1 and 2 respectively. In the case shown, said wagons with the related bodies 1 and 2 have a length, width and height of 11, 2.5 and 4.0 m respectively, which are the normal compatible measurements for road transport. The boxes 1 and 2 are removably mounted on respective carriages and are equipped, in addition to the means of attachment to said carriages, with adjustable ground support means, such as hydraulic or screw jacks. The two boxes 1 and 2 have an opening side, through which the elements required to create a closed, equipped space, for example, for use as a restaurant, can be extracted and stored. With particular reference to a similar use of the invention, one of said boxes, for example the one indicated with 1, will be equipped with corresponding service groups, such as kitchen, dressing room and bar area, and the other 2 will contain furnishing parts such as chairs and tables, and more as will become evident below. To create this room, the two boxes 1 and 2 are placed side by side with the opening sides facing each other. After their platforms have been placed at the same level, the same platforms are connected by means of a flat frame 33 comprising (see FIG. 1) a series of crosspieces 3 equipped with adjustable lower feet 30, a connecting beam 4 AN AGENCY Giuliano Ugabue c CORRADIN1 fi C s rl before the ment of said crosspieces 3, and a series of diagonal rods 5 stabilization and squaring. This frame serves as a support for the floor of the room, and its component elements during transport can be placed under floor or roof of at least one box, and suitably anchored there, or on another means of transport. To create the floor part of the room which is mail above frame 33, the facing sides of the chests they are individually equipped with a structure jointed (FIG. 3) composed of two 14 flat rectangular plates whose length and width are equal respectively frame size 33 which is parallel to the current 4 at the and to a quarter of the dimension orthogonal to the previous one. The first plate 14 on one side is articulated at the base of the respective open side, and from the other to the second plate 14. Also, see better the enlarged detail of which FIG. 3, the free longitudinal edge of said second plate 14 is equipped with sliding elements, such as wheels 15, the which are placed in correspondence with the crosspieces 3. On command of two 16 jacks placed on the sides of each articulated structure, it is arranged in the positions of unused and used respectively. In the first position the articulated structure is closed like a booklet. to and is received in the opening of the side, with count current closure of the same. In the second position, the same articulated structure is completely extended and supported on the frame 33; at the end of this operation, the jacks are released from the structure. On the internal faces of the opposing end walls of the box 2, they are articulated with one end, according to the respective 17 vertical axes (only one of which is visible in the FIGS. 3 to 5), two equipped walls 18 with vertical arrangement cale. The lower edges of the said walls 18, see better the part enlarged figure shown in FIG. 4, are equipped with elements i: sliding like wheels 19. ìt / ” ; The ta 0 AND When not in use, the 18 walls are arranged uhig* 3 ^ S < £ <5 “ against the other inside the box, behind the space oc-?25< lo*? occupied by the pair of plates 14 when they are folded. s < o ° In the position of use the same walls 18 are arranged adS^Q^ ri» right angle towards the other box, and are substantially = .0 coplanar with the homologous head walls of boxes 1 and 2. 0 In this position of use the walls 18 are converted not blocked in any way, for example with latches or other means. The same walls 18 are provided with glass surfaces and access spaces 113 and 123 respectively (FIGS. 3-6), as well as a finishing panel 21. 11 panel 21 is slidingly associated with its own wall 18 through a series of guide organs 22 and a pair of control jacks 24. When panel 21 is in the lowered position its shape is contained within that of wall 18 (FIGS. 3-5), and when 10 same panel 21 is in the raised position it aligns with the finishing panels that overlie the two boxes, as we will see below. The area delimited by boxes 1 and 2 and by walls 18 is then covered by a tarpaulin 26 anchored to the upper facing edges of boxes 1, 2 and to walls 18. A telescopic pole 25, preferably consisting of a jack, is set at the center of the floor (FIG. 5) in a shortened configuration, and carries a cap 27 at its top. A series of metal cables 28 is anchored between the said upper edges and the cap 27, after which the pole 25 is extended as shown in FIG; 6. Finally, even if not shown, it should be noted that the pole 25, for aesthetic reasons, is equipped with a masking element and a rigid element which constitutes a mechanical safety device against accidental lowering. The telescopic pole 25 and the tarpaulin 26 can be placed either on or inside one of the 2 boxes, or possibly on another means of transport, during the transfer of the unit. AN AGENCY GIULIANO L1GABUE c / o fng C CORRADI^! & C s.rl. Finally, the upper finishing panels of the 2 boxes are positioned (see FIGS. 2, 3), as well as the veranda of the box. 1. The finishing panels 20 of the box 2 are made up of shaped flat sheets which are articulated to the upper edges of the head walls of said box 2, so as to occupy the two positions of use and non-use illustrated in the figures. In the first position they are appropriately hooked to the roof of the box, for example by means of latches, and in the second position they are held by rods 6. This positioning is preferably carried out by hand, while the positioning of the finishing structure 10 associated with the box 1 is preferably entrusted to jacks (not illustrated). The structure 10 is composed of three orthogonal faces, of which the central one is articulated to the upper edge of the blind side of the box 1. Therefore, the same structure 10 can occupy the unused position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, where its cavity accommodates the box 1, and the used position shown in FIGS. 3-6, where the same cavity faces the box 2. This position of use is ensured by a series of rods 66, and the central part of the same structure 10 is associated with a plate 60 which functions as a sign and is connected to AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE GIULIANO LIGABUE c / o Eng. C. CORRADI & C. srl FROM no EM UA said central part by means of bars 61 with adjustable length, possibly controlled by suitable mechanical or hydraulic systems. The box 1 also includes a veranda made up of two rectangular slabs, one upper 7 and one lower 8, with a length practically equal to that of the box 1, of which the first 7 acts as a shelter and the second 8 as a sidewalk. The shelter 7 is articulated at the top to the longitudinal edge of a recess provided in correspondence with the blind side of the box 1, and the sidewalk 8 is articulated to the lower edge of the same recess. Furthermore, said shelter 7 carries an articulated front panel 9, and between this and the box 1 there is a series of connecting rods 11 / * / to fC through which a parallel system is made available-»^ _~5 35 O w articulated diagram designed to keep the front panel 9 constantly vertical. 11 The positioning of the veranda is entrusted to two jacks 12 . When the veranda is in the non-use position, the sidewalk 8 and the shelter 7 are coplanar and received in said lateral footprint of the box 1, where the front panel 9 holds the sidewalk 8 (FIG. 1). When the veranda is in the use position, the shelter 7 and the pavement 8 are arranged as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. Js8 a c At this point, it should be noted that the end walls and the solid sides of the containers are equipped with glass surfaces and access openings marked 13 and 23 respectively. As mentioned, the containers already house services, such as a kitchen, bar, restrooms, and others. Accessories, such as tables and chairs, are located in the remaining spaces free from structures and services. The merits and advantages of the invention are clearly understood from the foregoing and from an examination of the attached figures. c / o Inj ' ( nc yu UUUU 1 o
