DESCRIPTION TEXT This innovation concerns a cabinet that surrounds the area under the table top of a beach umbrella and extends down to the sand to completely enclose that area. Beach resorts are equipped with umbrellas that are planted on the sand to protect swimmers from the sun's rays. The handles of recently constructed umbrellas are inserted into a hollow pole planted vertically in the sand and removed at the end of the day. The pole is attached to a small table that serves to place swimmers' items (glasses, sunscreen bags, etc.) skin care and the like). Given the crowds generally present in beach resorts, it is not advisable to leave valuable objects (cameras, video and movie cameras, radios or television sets) on the table. Other advantages, characteristics and purposes of innovation know will be better understood with reference to the attached figures, which refer to preferred construction forms of the cabinet, in which: Fig.1 represents a first construction form of the cabinet placed under a small table; Fig.2 illustrates the door latch device with the latches in the closed position; Fig.3 illustrates the door latch device with the latches in the open position; Fig.4 represents the cabinet with the door closed; Fig.5 represents the cabinet with the door open; Fig.6 represents a second construction form of the cabinet; and Fig.7 represents a third construction form of the cabinet. The scales and orientation of the Figures are chosen from time to time for a better explanation of the finding. As is known, the umbrella 1 in Fig. 1 has a rod 2, the lower end of which is inserted into a hollow sleeve 3 supporting the rod 2, the sleeve 3 is stuck into the sand 4. A small table 5, integral with the sleeve 3, develops in horizontal positions and has a lower surface 6. A cabinet 7 is placed between the lower surface 6 and the surface 8 of the sand; the cabinet 7 is delimited by a cylindrical wall 9 and has a door 10 which closes access to its internal cavity. Normally, the door 10 is closed (Fig. 2) by two bolts 11, 12 belonging to a lock 13 whose drum 14 is rotated by a key (not shown). The lock 13 is located on the side of the hinged door 10 opposite the side on which the hinges 15, 16 of said door 10 are located. Inside the door 10 there is a perimeter frame 17 provided with two guide slots 18, 19 for the bolts 11, 12. The drum 14 of the lock 13 rotates with a support plate for the ends of the bolts 11, 12; therefore, the rotation of the drum 14 moves the bolts 11, 12 from the position shown in Fig. 2 to the position shown in Fig. 3 and vice versa. In the first position, the bolts 11, 12 are constrained to the internal side of the wall 9, to prevent the opening of the door 10; in the second position, the bolts 11, 12 free the internal side of the wall 9 to allow the opening of the door 10. Figs. 4 and 5 show a plan view of the cabinet, in which the door 10 is closed and open, respectively. In these Figures, only the hinge 15 is shown, which is entirely similar to the hinge 16. To avoid interference between the door 10 and the wall 9, the hinge 15 has a shape similar to a horseshoe 20. The access opening 21 to the inside of the cabinet is opened or closed by the door which is equipped with lock 13. The rod 2 is inserted into the hollow sleeve 3 concentric to the wall 9. The internal cavity 22 of the cabinet has a good storage capacity for cameras, video and movie cameras, radio or television sets. Fig.6 represents a second construction version of the cabinet equipped with ribs 23, 24 to reinforce the resistance of the wall 9. Fig.7 represents a third construction version of the cabinet in which the wall 25 has a conical shape. Advantageously, the cabinet is enclosed by two parallel walls 26, 27, one upper and one lower; the lower surface 6 of the table 5 rests on the upper wall 26, while the lower wall 27 rests on the surface 8 of the sand. The two walls 26, 27 have two central through holes. To assemble, place the cabinet on the surface 8 of the sand, insert the hollow sleeve 3 into two central through holes in the two walls 26, 27 and plant it on the sand, until the table 5 rests on the upper wall 26 of the cabinet. The one described is only one of the possible construction versions of the invention to which extensive variations can be made. The shapes, dimensions and materials used do not affect the scope of this innovation, in which the construction element can be replaced by a does not limit- which every other tech strictly equivalent.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Safety locker delimited by an umbrella storage table, characterized in that a closed wall (9) is provided which defines a cavity inside the locker (7); a door (10) is arranged over an opening (21) to close or open said opening (21) and a lock (13) serves to lock the door (10) in its closed position.

2. Locker according to claim 1, characterized in that the door (10) is a hinged door which rotates around two hinges (15,16).

3. Locker according to claim 2, characterized in that the lock (13) is arranged on the side of the door (10) opposite to the side where the hinges (15,16) of said door (10) are provided.

4. Locker according to claim 3, characterized in that the door (10) is closed by two bolts (11.12) belonging to the lock (13); the drum (14) of the lock (13) is rotated by a key; inside the door (10) there is a perimeter frame (17) provided with two guide slots (18,19) for the bolts (11.12) ; the drum (14) of the lock (13) rotates with a support plate for the ends of the bolts (11,12); the rotation of the drum (14) moves the bolts (11,12) from a first position in which the bolts (11,12) are constrained to the internal side of the wall (9), to prevent the opening of the door (10), to a second position in which the bolts (11,12) free the internal side of the wall (9) to allow the opening of the door (10).

5. Locker according to claim 2, characterized in that the hinges (15,16) are shaped so as to avoid interference between the door (10) and the wall (9).

6. Cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that it is enclosed by two parallel walls (26,27), respectively upper and lower; the lower surface (6) of the table (5) rests on the upper wall (26), while the lower wall (27) rests on the surface (8) of the sand.

Cabinet according to claim 6, characterized in that the walls (26, 27) have two central through holes which are used for assembling the cabinet; the assembly takes place by placing the cabinet on the surface (8) of the sand, inserting the hollow sleeve (3) on two central through holes of the walls (26,27) and planting the sleeve (3) on the sand, until the table rests ( 5) on the top wall (26) of the cabinet.

8. Cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that the wall (9) has the shape of a surface of Revolution.
