Description
CR 2000 U 0 0 0 0 0 5 DESCRIPTION of the inventor entitled “CIRCULAR BARBECUE WITH NON-DEFORMABLE AND HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE GRILL” in the name of CAPELLI GIANFRANCO, resident in Bonemerse (CR), via Sebemco, 20, of Italian nationality, filed on with the no. The object in question is a barbecue conceptually different from those currently on the market, which is used in the family environment, in the smaller sizes and in the restaurant sector, in agritourism and in communities in general, in the larger sizes. The essential parts of the barbecue are: A. BASE with a truncated conical profile with a cylindrical base terminal, (pos. table 1) to which 4 pivoting wheels are fixed (pos. 2 table 1) covered in rubber, vulkollan or other material B. Circular brazier with a torospherical section, edged on the sides, of great thickness, supported by the base mentioned above and made integral with it by means of bolts or electric welding (pos 1 table 2) On the bottom of the brazier there is an external air inlet pipe (pos. 2 table 2), at the top of which there is a perforated sheet metal disk (pos. 8 table 2) to support the combustion material and for the passage of the anus. The regulation of the quantity of "draft" air takes place via a special butterfly valve (pos. 3 table 2) located in the pipe itself and which can be operated from the outside by means of an appropriate knob whose position allows the degree of opening of the butterfly itself to be evaluated (pos. 5 table 2) A windscreen is mounted on the upper rear edge of the brazier (pos. 4tav 2) removable as desired CR2000U00 Oq05 C. N°2 SUPPORT and service surfaces (pos. 1 table 3) each made up of a frame in folded sheet metal profile with an inserted element in non-toxic polythene (pos. 2 table 3) or wood, suitable for constituting a valid support and preparation surface for the food to be cooked The frames are hinged to the brazier and can be tilted 90° to reduce the size of the barbecue when it needs to be put away b. PORTAL bl SUPPORT of the lifting system built in carbon steel profiles or in press-formed sheet metal (pos. 3 table 1) It is essentially made up of 2 uprights (pos. 1 table 4) in which the pinions (pos. 2 table 4) for the lifting movement are housed The control pinions (pos 1 table 5) are fixed on a drive shaft (pos 2 table 5 which is rotated by a crank (pos 4 table 1) placed on the side of the portal of support The rotation of this shaft and consequently of the control pinions allows the movement of a steel transmission chain (pos 3 table 4) to which the support shelves of the cooking grill are applied (pos 4 table 4). The use of this type of chain allows the lifting system to be given a very high level of safety. The chain will never wrap around itself as it is closed in a ring on the two sprockets and its length is calibrated by the specific tensioner (pos 5 table 4) On the control shaft there is an anti-return ratchet (pos 3 table 5) contrasted by a special nose (pos 4 table 5). The ratchet is released to lower the grid by operating a special lever (pos 6 table 5) placed on an upright. of the portal and equipped with a safety spring (pos 5 table 5) This "two-handed" system ensures that the barbecue user has his hands away from the grill movement, with enormous advantages for its safety Particular operator safety also comes from the movement during the lifting operation and Done that all the organs in the grid plan CR200Uu00 OoC'5 shafts, sprockets, chains etc.) are protected by special covers (pos 5-6 table 1) which can only be removed using appropriate keys E. 6RI6UA bl COOKING (table 6) made of stainless steel or carbon steel, is essentially made up of an external ring (pos 1 table 6) and a series of round bars (pos 2 table 6) which form the support surface for the food to be cooked. These bars are supported (and this is their main prerogative) by two bars (pos 3 table 6) which are partially perforated (in the sense that the hole is 75% complete). In these holes the bars are housed and are free to slide along their longitudinal axis without coming out of their seat. This solution allows the effects of thermal expansion to be completely eliminated, determining the perfect non-deformability of the grill surface. The grid is connected to the lifting chains by means of the perforated brackets (pos 4 table 6), welded on the external ring F. ANTI-SCALDING PROTECTION (pos. 3 table 3) consisting of a ring in carbon steel tube fixed to the upper edge of the brazier and far enough away from it so that the operator cannot involuntarily lean on the edge of the brazier itself and suffer any burns. <5. CASSEI IO ASHTRAY On the bottom of the truncated conical base, find housing a drawer (pos. 6 table 2), sliding on guides (pos. 7 table 2) which has the task of collecting the ashes which, even if in very limited quantities, come out from the brazier through the creation duct CR 2000 (J Ó 0 0 0 0 5
Claims
CLAIMS What is requested to be the subject of the patent is the idea of creating a barbecue with the following characteristics:
1. The truncated-conical BASE / toroidal BRAZIER coupling with all the characteristics described in paragraphs A) and B) highlighted in the tables cited in the paragraphs themselves.
2. The LIFTING SYSTEM of the grid surface, obtainable through the application of the SUPPORT PORTAL with the characteristics described in paragraph b) (with particular reference to the type of chain used) and highlighted on the tables cited therein, as well as any other derivations of the same (use of metal ropes, pulleys, etc., instead of chains and sprockets, etc.) 3. The COOKING GRILL with sliding bars and with all the features described in paragraph E) and highlighted in the tables cited therein.
