Inventor: Filed on 9 fiPfl. k Cagliani Mario N.: DESCRIPTION The innovation refers to the field of containers, and will be explained in followed with particular reference to cartridge containers for mineral greases, however it is understood that it should not be limited to the field of such cartridges, but rather find a wider app application in various other fields. Cartridge containers for mineral greases are generally made of plastic material, humo an elongated tubular shape, closed by a bottom with a end and a lid at the opposite end. For use, the operator has generally of a piston dispensing device, on which the cartridge must be placed after having removed the lid and the bottom. The removal of the case back requires 'use of a separate knife or cutting tool, which is sometimes hard to find: and, it is not always at hand, if handled by hands inexperienced people can cause injury. They have been made PVC (polyvinyl chloride) cartridges equipped with a removable case back tear-off cartridges; however, this solution is only valid for cartridges in PVC, since in a cartridge, for example, in PE (polyethylene) the bottom is not it is tearable :on sufficient ease. It is known that cartridge whose lid incorporates a small blade suitable for cut the edge of the case back to remove it. This operation, however, it turns out to be quite uncomfortable for the user. The purpose of this innovation is to overcome the drawbacks of the technique previous. In partieoi; ire, one purpose is to provide a system to open the bottom of the container that is practical, economical and easy to make. This purpose is achieved with a container as defined in the independent claim 1. Further new and useful features are said to be in subsequent dependent claims. The container, especially for mineral fats, according to the innovation comprising a substantially cylindrical or tubular body, a lid applicable to one end of the body and a bottom arranged in the other end of the body. The bottom has a through hole covered by a breakable film or removable. This way the user can break or remove the bottom film in order to allow the dispensing of the product contained within the container. Fig. 1 shows a cartridge or container 10 for mineral greases. lubricants, comprising a body 1 of substantially tubular shape or cylindrical. The container 10 is provided with a bottom 2 at one end of the body 1 and of a lid 3 at the opposite end. The lid 3 has a substantially discoid shape with a rim circumferential perimeter to be able to be applied under pressure on the head of the body 1 of the container. The bottom 2 is made from a disc-shaped plate which has, in position central, a through hole 4. The bottom 2 can be made in a single piece with the body 1 or can be fixed integrally to body 1 by welding, means stickers and the like. The body 1, the bottom 2 and the lid 3 are made of plastic material, preferably in PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) or PE (Polyethylene). A film 5 is fixed on the bottom 2, to cover the hole 4. The film 5 is preferably a metal film, for example made of coupled with aluminum, very thin in the order of microns for power be easily pierced or punctured. Film 5 is fixed on the outer surface of bottom 2, in the circumferential portion around the central hole 5. The film 5 preferably is set for :hermowelding. For this purpose the external surface of the bottom 2 must be made of heat-sealable plastic material. Alternatively, the film 5 can be fixed to the bottom 2 by gluing with suitable means stickers. Film 5 has a substantially circular shape with a diameter greater than the diameter of the hole 4 and less than the diameter of the bottom plate 2. The film 5 also has a gripping tab 6 protruding radially from it to allow the user to grip it. In this way, cartridge 1 is filled with grease from the opening superior and therefore closed, via the lid 3. When the user needs to use cartridge 1, he has several alternatives to open hole 4. Claims
CLAIMS 1. Container (10), particularly for mineral fats, comprising a substantially cylindrical or tubular body (1), a cover (3) applicable to one end of the body (1) and a bottom (2) arranged in the other end of the body (2), characterized from the fact that the said bottom (2) has a through hole (4) covered by a skin icola (5) breakable or removable.
2. Container (10) according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that said film (5) is made of metal material.
3. Container (10) according to claim 2, characterised by the fact that said film (5) is made of coupled aluminum.
4. Container (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that said film (5) has a thin thickness of the order of a few microns.
5. Container (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the the fact that said film (5) has a grip tab (6) graspable by the user izer for its removal.
6. Container (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that said film (5) is fixed to the bottom (2) of said container (10) by heat sealing.
7. Container (10) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized by the fact that said film (5) is fixed to the bottom (2) of said container (10) by adhesive means.
8. Container (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that it is made of plastic material.
9. Container (10) according to claim 8, characterised in that be made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or PE (Polyethylene).
