Case B13-018 IT Description of the patent for a utility model entitled: “CHECK VALVE FOR A MORTAR INJECTION SYSTEM CEMENT” in the name of: FAMA SpA with headquarters in: 33080 Zoppola (PN), Via della Fossa, 6 inventor: Bomben Gustavo deposited: with the n.: TECHNICAL SECTOR OF THE INVENTION The invention concerns a cement mortar injection system, which is normally used in the construction of both civil and industrial buildings, and in particular concerns a one-way or check valve, which is applied in the supply lines of the fluid cement mortar, also called grout. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART Valves of the type mentioned are known and are generally equipped with an internal shutter member, which is movable in its seat to allow the flow of fluid cement mortar in one direction and prevent the return of flow in the opposite direction. The internal shutter organ can be made using simple elastic lips that open in the direction of the flow and close in the event of backflow (patent CN 201460232), or a spring-loaded nose cone (patent KR 20090040777), or even a cap made of elastic material that deforms when opening, compressing under the thrust of the mortar flow and expanding, closing the valve in the event of a backflow (patent IT 1260040). The known valves do not ensure adequate functioning, on the one hand because they are too simple and their sealing is often not guaranteed, and on the other hand because they are too complicated and therefore easy to jam. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The main purpose of the invention is to propose a check valve for a cement mortar injection system that solves the problems of known valves, combining construction simplicity with functional efficiency. Specifically, the valve according to the invention is a unidirectional valve with a double-acting seal, essentially comprising a segmented element that flexes to allow the mortar injection flow and closes under counterpressure. The segmented element is equipped with a flexible peripheral lip that prevents micro-infiltrations due to backflow. This and other purposes are achieved with the device according to the invention, the technical characteristics of which are defined in the claims that conclude this patent. The features and advantages of the invention will be evident from the following description, by way of example and not limitation, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of the end of an injection sleeve for cement mortar in which a valve according to the invention is mounted in the closed position; - Figure 2 represents a partial section of the valve in figure 1, with a particular highlighted and further enlarged; - Figure 3 shows a perspective view of a detail of the valve according to the invention; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FINDING The check valve according to the invention is mounted in a cement mortar injection system comprising a conduit ending with a bush (10) to whose threaded end the nozzle of the injection tube is screwed and a closing cap (11) which is used when the system is out of service (figure 1). The check valve is made up of a flap (12) equipped with at least two sectors (13) symmetrical with respect to a central plane of the compass and orientable so as to open automatically to allow the injection flow of the mortar and to close automatically to form a first anti-backflow seal. Preferably, the The compass is cylindrical and the valve head is made up of two semicircular sectors (figures 1 and 3). The striker (12) is integral, by means of a diametral rib (14), with a support sleeve (15) which is inserted and screwed inside the compass (10), and the sectors (13) can be oriented with respect to said diametral rib (14). The sectors (13) of the valve, when in the closed position, come into contact with a perimeter edge (16) of their support sleeve (15) so as to prevent a massive return flow of mortar (figure 2). The sectors (13) of the door are also provided with a flexible peripheral lip (17), designed to close against an annular projection (18) protruding from the internal surface of the bush (10) so as to create a second effective seal to prevent micro infiltrations due to backflow of the mortar. These micro infiltrations, which are inevitable in the valves known to date, given the specific nature of the flowing material, i.e. cement mortar, represent a rather serious inconvenience in the construction of building structures. A further feature of the valve according to the invention (figure 3) is represented by the fact that the sectors (13) of the door are provided on their surface facing the direction of mortar injection with a plurality of fins (20) parallel to each other and orthogonal to said diametrical rib (14). The fins have the purpose of stiffening the respective sector so as to ensure the best seal of the valve when closed.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Check valve for a cement mortar injection system, said system comprising a conduit ending with a bushing (10), in which the valve is inserted, said bushing also being equipped with a closing cap (11), the check valve is characterised in that it contains a flap (12) provided with at least two orientable sectors (13) which are capable of automatically closing the passage of the mortar flow, constituting a first anti-backflow seal, and which are provided with a flexible peripheral lip (17), capable of closing against an annular projection (18) on the internal surface of the bushing (10) to constitute a second anti-backflow seal.

2. Check valve for a cement mortar injection system according to claim 1, characterised in that the flap (12) is integral with a diametral rib (14) with a support sleeve (15) screwed inside the bush (10) and the sectors (13) are orientable with respect to said diametral rib (14).

3. Check valve for a cement mortar injection system according to claim 2, wherein said sectors (13), when in the closed position, are adapted to abut against a perimeter edge (16) of the support sleeve (15).
