Further features and advantages of the present invention will appear. clearer from the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description of an embodiment of a machine and a method for the 20 edge processing of slabs. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES This description will be presented below with reference to the united drawings, provided for indicative purposes only and therefore not limiting, in which: - Figures 1 to 4 show a rear perspective schematic view 25 of the machine object of the present invention in different conditions of Work; - Figures 5 to 8 show a schematic front perspective view of the machine which is the object of the present invention in different conditions of Work. 30 DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION With reference to the attached figures, with the numerical reference 100 it is a machine for processing the edges of sheets is indicated in its complex which, in the context of this description, will be indicated as simplicity as a “100 machine”. 5 The 100 machine is therefore suitable for processing the edges of a sheet "THE". The term “edges” refers to portions of the “L” plate delimiting the “L” plate itself, i.e. defining an external perimeter of the “L” plate. In detail, the “L” slab extends along its own plane of arrangement and 10 is delimited by at least one of its own first edges “L1” and by one of its own second edge “L2”, both transversal to the plane of the bed. The first “L1” and the second “L2” edge are opposite to each other and positioned on the same side of the “L” plate. The “L” plate can include further edges “L1”, “L2” and / or its own 15 “L3” ribs, parallel to its lying plane and, therefore, transversal to the first “L1” and second “L2” edge. The edges “L1”, “L2” therefore identify a thickness of the plate “L”, while each “L3” rib identifies a length, or a width, of the “L” plate. 20 In other words, with reference to a horizontal plane of position (considered a reference system containing the machine), the edges “L1” and “L2” are orthogonal to the plane of arrangement, therefore they are vertical (always with respect to the same reference system). With reference to the attached figures, the machine 100 comprises a frame of 25 support 1. The support frame 1 is fixed (not movable with respect to further machine components 100). The frame 1 is designed to define a base of support for the machine 100 and to support the machine components 100 described below. 30 The machine 100 is equipped with 2 feed units mounted on the frame of support 1 and defining a support surface “S” for a plate “L” from work. As illustrated schematically in figures 5-8, the bearing surface “S” extends between its first end “S1” and its second end end “S2”. 5 Preferably, the support surface “S” is horizontal. The term “horizontal” means perpendicular to a direction along which the gravitational force is directed. The feed organs 2 are active along a machining path “P” to advance the plate “L” between a starting position for processing, 10 corresponding to the first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S”, and an end-of-process position, corresponding to the second end “S2” of the support surface “S”. For example, the advancement organs 2 are made in the form of a conveyor belt. 15 In order to operate the feed organs 2, the machine 100 comprises actuation means 2a, operationally connected to the organs of advance 2 to operate them. Preferably, the actuating means 2a comprises a motor asynchronous or brushless. 20 The feed organs 2 are therefore suitable for moving the plate “L” along the processing path “P”, which extends at least partially along the support surface “S”. In more detail, the advancement organs 2 are used to move the plate “L” along a direction of advance “X” of the path of 25 “P” processing at a predetermined speed. Preferably, the machining path “P” is a linear path. In order to work the plate “L” along the working path “P”, the machine 100 comprises a shaping station 3, mounted on the support frame 1 along the machining path “P”. 30 The shaping station 3 is configured to shape at least the first edge “L1” and the second edge “L2” of the plate “L”, which are arranged transversely to the support surface “S” and facing the station shaping 3. The shaping station 3 comprises a mounted support head 4 on the support frame 1. 5 The support head 4 is movable in space relative to the support frame 1. The support head 4 is movable along a parallel drive plane to the feed direction “X” and / or orthogonal to the surface of “S” support. Therefore, the support head 4 is movable parallel to the direction of 10 “X” advancement. The machine 100 comprises at least two shaping members 5, 6, each one capable of removing material from the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge of the “L” plate. With reference to figure 1, the shaping organs 5, 6 are mounted 15 on the support head 4. In order to remove material, each shaping member 5, 6 is equipped with a respective tool 50, 60, configured to remove material first edge “L1” and from the second edge “L2” when placed in contact with the same. 20 In detail, each tool 50, 60 defines its own surface of 50a, 60a machining suitable for operating at least partially in contact with the first “L1” and with the second “L2” edge. Preferably, the working surface 50a, 60a of each tool 50, 60 is arranged transversely, more preferably 25 perpendicularly to the supporting surface “S”. Alternatively, the working surface 50a, 60a of each tool 50, 60 is arranged parallel to the support surface “S”. In accordance with an embodiment not illustrated in the accompanying figures, the machine 100 comprises a curved guide on which the 30 mounted the shaping organs 5, 6. The curved guide is arranged on a plane parallel to the support surface “S” and has a curved portion with a concavity facing the surface of “S” support; the tools 50, 60 are slidable at least along the portion curve at the same time. During the processing of the “L” plate, one edge “L1”, “L2” is at least partially arranged within the concavity of the 5 curved guide and the shaping organs 5, 6 during sliding along the curved guide, they enter one after the other in contact with the edge “L1”, “L2” at least partially arranged within the concavity of the curved guide for work it. Preferably, the shaping members 5, 6 are suitable for performing 10 different processes of the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge. In detail, the shaping organs 5, 6 comprise a first organ of shaping 5, equipped with a respective tool 50 suitable for carrying out a roughing of the first “L1” and the second “L2”, and a 15 second shaping organ 6, equipped with a respective tool 60 act to perform a finishing operation on the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge. Therefore, the working surfaces 50a, 60a are abrasive. In detail, the working surface 50a of a tool 50 of a member of 20 shaping 5 has a different grain than the surface of machining 60a of a tool 60 of another shaping member 6. In accordance with an embodiment not illustrated in the accompanying figures, the tools 50 and 60 each include a pair of mandrels suitable for support an abrasive belt (e.g. sandpaper) having 25 a substantially annular conformation. At least one spindle of the pair of spindles can be rotated to determine a sliding of the abrasive belt on the pair of mandrels themselves. The shaping organs 5, 6 may be more than two in number. The shaping organs 5, 6 are active in a “Z” machining zone 30 (schematically illustrated in figure 1) extending in length along one side of the advance organs 2. The working area “Z” extends between the support surface “S” and the support head drive plane 4. In more detail, the “Z” machining zone extends between an edge side of the support surface “S” and the actuation plane of the 5 support head 4. The “Z” processing area therefore extends along the path of “P” processing and, preferably, has an extension substantially equal to the extension of the processing path “P” along the direction of advancement “X”. 10 The “Z” working area extends in height for an extension equal to to the vertical size of the “L” plate. In detail, the “L” plate is arranged in cantilever position with respect to the surface of support “S”, so that the first edge “L1” and the second edge “L2” are not in contact with the support surface “S” (they are therefore external 15 compared to our carrier) and are at the same time placed within the area of “Z” processing. Preferably a portion of the “L” plate, at least partially delimited by the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge and presenting bulk between 10mm and 60mm, protrudes from the surface of 20 “S” support. The tools 50, 60 of the shaping members 5, 6 are suitable for removing material from the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge arranged in the area of “Z” machining. In detail, with reference to figures 4 and 6, each organ of 25 shape 5, 6 is movable towards and away from the machining path “P” respectively between an operating position and a non-operational position. When a shaping member 5, 6 is in the operating position (schematically illustrated in figure 6), the respective tool 50, 60 is 30 arranged within the “Z” working area and is in contact with one of the first “L1” and second “L2” edge. When a shaping member 5, 6 is in the non-operational position (schematically illustrated in figure 4), the respective tool 50, 60 is detached from one of the first “L1” and second “L2” edge. In other words, in the operating position the working surface 50a, 5 60a defined by the tool 50, 60 is at least partially in contact with one between the first “L1” and second “L2” edge. Preferably, the shaping members 5, 6 are movable between the operational and non-operational positions along a transverse direction, more preferably orthogonal to the drive plane of the head 10 processing 4. Preferably, the shaping members 5, 6 are movable between the operational and non-operational positions along a horizontal direction. In order to move the shaping organs 5, 6 between the positions operational and non-operational, the machine 100 includes means of 15 movement 56 operationally connected to the shaping organs 5, 6. Preferably, the movement means 56 comprise an actuator pneumatic or an electric motor. With reference to figures 2, 3, 6, 7, the support head 4 is movable along the 20 machining path “P” at least between a starting position and a final position, moved linearly with respect to the initial position towards the second end “S2” of the supporting surface “S”. In the initial position, at least one of the tools 50, 60 comes into contact with the first “L1” or with the second “L2” edge to be worked. 25 In the final position, the processing of the first “L1” or the second “L2” edge is finished and both tools 50, 60 are brought into the non-operational position. In other words, the starting position is proximal to the first extremity “S1” of the support surface “S”, while the final position is proximal 30 at the second end “S2” of the supporting surface “S”. In the initial position, the movement means 56 are operated to bring one of the shaping organs 5, 6 into the operating position. In the final position, the movement means 56 are operated to bring all shaping parts 5, 6 to the non-operational position. The support head 4 is movable along the machining path “P” at least 5 between the final position and the initial position to reposition the organs of shaping 5, 6 towards the first end “S1”. In other words, the support head 4 is movable: - from the starting position to the final position to simultaneously perform a processing of the first edge “L1” (figures 2 and 3); 10 - from the final position to the starting position to return to the starting position initial; - from the starting position to the final position to simultaneously perform a processing of the second edge “L2” (figures 6, 7). Preferably, the support head 4 is moved between the position 15 initial and final position at a speed substantially equal to the predetermined speed imposed on the “L” plate by the advancement organs 2, so as to maintain contact of the tool 50, 60 of the member of shaping 5, 6 in operating position with the first edge “L1” and / or with the second edge “L2” during the advancement of the plate “L” along the 20 feed direction “X”. The support head 4 is therefore movable between the initial and final positions for follow the “L” plate moved by the advancement organs 2 and for allow processing of the “L” plate during this tracking. There is therefore no need to block the “L” plate with respect to the frame. 25 support 1 along the machining path to perform a machining of the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge during the transit of the “L” plate along the “P” processing path. In order to move the support head 4 between the initial and final, the machine 100 includes translation means 40 (visible in the 30 figures 5-8) operationally connected to the support head 4. Preferably, the translation means 40 comprise an actuator pneumatic or an electric motor. Preferably, the support frame 1 comprises at least one guide 1a (visible in figures 5-8) and the support head 4 is connected to the frame by means of sliding skates along the guide 1a: the translation means 40 5 are therefore active on the skates to determine a sliding of the skates along the guide 1a which, therefore, guides a movement of the head of support 4 between the initial and final positions. With reference to figures 4 and 5, the shaping members 5, 6 are movable between a first working position (illustrated in figures 1-4) and a 10 second working position (illustrated in figures 5-8). In the first working position, the respective tools 50, 60 are facing the first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S” and at least one shaping organ 5, 6 is in operating position in contact with the first edge “L1” of the “L” plate. 15 In the second working position, the tools 50, 60 are facing the second end “S2” of the supporting surface “S” and at least one shaping organ 5, 6 is in the operating position in contact with the second edge “L2” of the “L” plate. The shaping organs 5, 6 are therefore orientable in space, for 20 adjust the orientation of the tools 50, 60 with respect to the surface of “S” support. In other words, in the first working position, the working surface 50a, 60a of each tool 50, 60 is positioned facing the first end “S1” to operate at least partially in contact with the first 25 edge “L1”, while in the second working position, the surface of machining 50a, 60a of each tool 50, 60 is positioned facing at the second end “S2” to operate at least partially in contact with the second edge “L2”. In order to move the shaping organs between the first and the 30 second working position, the machine 100 includes means of orientation 41 (visible in figures 1-4). Preferably the orientation means 41 comprise at least one pneumatic actuator or an electric motor. In accordance with an embodiment not illustrated in the accompanying figures, the first shaping organ 5 can be moved independently from the 5 second shaping organ 6, and vice versa. In detail, for the purpose of move each shaping organ 5, 6 between the operating positions and inoperative, the machine 100 comprises first means of movement 56, operationally connected to a first organ of shaping 5, and second means of movement 56 operationally 10 connected to a second shaping organ 6. In order to move each shaping organ 5, 6 between the first and second working position, the machine 100 comprises first means of orientation 41, operationally connected to a first body of shaping 5, and second orientation means 41, operationally 15 connected to a second shaping organ 6. The first and second means of movement 56, as well as the first and second means of orientation 41, can be operated independently of each other, in order to move the first shaping organ 5 in a manner independent of the second shaping organ 6 and vice versa. 20 In accordance with an embodiment illustrated in the attached figures, the organs of shape 5, 6 are integral with each other. As illustrated in the accompanying figures, the support head 4 comprises a plate 4a movable with respect to the support frame 1; the control organs shaping 5, 6 are carried by plate 4a. 25 The handling means 56 are operationally connected to the plate 4th to move it towards and away from the “P” machining path in order to move both elements approaching and moving away from the processing path “P”. 30 Preferably, the handling means 56 are configured for move plate 4a along a horizontal direction. Therefore, as visible in figures 3 and 4, 5 and 6, when plate 4a is moved towards the processing path “P” for the purpose of bring a shaping member 5, 6 into the operating position in contact with the first “L1” or the second “L2” edge, at the same time another 5 shaping organ 5, 6 is brought in approach to the path of “P” processing in a vacuum, i.e. without the vacuum being brought to contact with the first “L1” or the second “L2” edge. Therefore, when a shaping organ 5, 6 is brought into operating position within the zone of “Z” machining, the other shaping organ 5, 6 is brought into 10 approaching the “P” processing path but outside the working area “Z” machining. The present invention provides a method for processing 20 of plates, made using machine 100. The method comprises a step of arranging the “L” plate on the surface of support “S”. With reference to figure 1, the method comprises a phase of advance the plate “L” along a feed direction “X”. 25 The phase of advancing the “L” plate is carried out by means of the control organs advancement 2 of the machine 100. In detail, the advancement phase the “L” plate is made by operating the operating means 2a. The “L” plate advancing phase is performed by advancing the plate “L” at a predetermined speed. 30 The “L” plate is advanced between a starting position for processing, corresponding to a first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S”, and an end-of-process position, corresponding to a second end “S2” of the support surface “S”. The method also includes a step of preparing the support head 4. With reference to figure 2, the support head 4 is positioned in the 5 first working position, in which the shaping organs 5, 6 are facing towards the first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S” and in which the tool 50 of a first shaping member 5, 6 is in contact with the first edge “L1”. With reference to figures 2 and 3, the method comprises a phase of 10 shape the first edge “L1” of the plate “L” using the tool 50, 60 of each shaping organ 5, 6. The phase of shaping the first edge “L1” is performed during the advancement of the plate “L” from the entry position to the position terminal. 15 The phase of shaping the first edge “L1” is therefore performed moving the support head 4 from the initial, proximal position at the first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S”, at the position final, moved linearly with respect to the said initial position towards the second end “S2” of the supporting surface “S”. 20 The phase of shaping the first edge “L1” includes several sub-phases, performed during the movement of the support head 4 from the starting position to final position. The phase of shaping the first edge “L1” includes removing material from the first edge “L1” using the tool 50 of the aforementioned first member of 25 shape 5 (as schematically illustrated in figure 2). Once the material removal from the first edge “L1” is finished by means of the tool 50 of the first shaping member 5, with reference in figure 3, the support head 4 is moved linearly with respect to to the support surface “S”, so as to move the first organ away 30 shaping 5 from the first edge “L1” and to bring a second organ of shape 6 facing the first corner “L1”. Preferably, the step of moving the support head 4 is performed moving the support head 4 along a direction transverse to the “X” feed direction, to move each one vertically shaping organ 5, 6. 5 Subsequently or simultaneously with such movement of the support head 4, the method comprises a step of carrying the tool 60 of the second shaping member 6 in contact with the first edge “L1” and a phase of removing material from the first edge “L1” by means of the tool 60 of the second shaping member 6 (as illustrated 10 schematically in figure 3). With reference to figure 4, once the removal of material from the first edge “L1” using the tool 60 of the second organ of shaping 6, the support head 4 is moved so as to bring both shaping organs 5, 6 into the non-position 15 operational, in which they are moved away from the “L” plate along a direction orthogonal to the feed direction “X” and, preferably, parallel to the support surface “S”. In order to work the second edge “L2” with reference to figure 5, the method comprises a step of positioning the support head 4 in the 20 second working position, in which the shaping members 5, 6 are facing the second end “S2” of the support surface “S” and the first shaping tool 50 is in contact with the second edge “L2”. The method comprises a step of moving the support head 4 from the final position to the initial position to reposition the organs of 25 shaping 5, 6 towards the first end “S1” of said surface of “S” support. This phase is performed simultaneously, before or after the head positioning phase support 4 in the second working position. The support head 4 is then moved backwards with respect to the 30 movement imposed on the support head 4 during the phase of shape the first edge “L1”. With reference to figures 6 and 7, a shaping phase is then foreseen second edge “L2” of the plate “L” using the tool 50, 60 of each shaping organ 5, 6. The phase of shaping the second edge “L2” is performed during 5 the advancement of the plate “L” from the entry position to the position terminal. The phase of shaping the second edge “L2” is therefore performed moving the support head 4 from the initial, proximal position at the first end “S1” of the supporting surface “S”, at the position 10 final, moved linearly with respect to the said initial position towards the second end “S2” of the supporting surface “S”. Similarly to the phase of shaping the first edge “L1”, the phase of shaping the second edge “L2” includes several sub-phases, performed during a movement of the support head 4 from the position 15 initial to final position. The phase of shaping the second edge “L2” includes removing material from the second edge “L2” using the tool 50 of the aforementioned first shaping organ 5 (as illustrated schematically in figure 6). The phase of shaping the second edge “L2” includes, once 20 once the material removal from the second edge “L2” has been completed by the tool 50 of the first shaping organ 5, move the head of support 4 linearly with respect to the support surface “S”, so as to move the first shaping member 5 away from the second edge “L2” and from bring a second shaping organ 6 facing the second edge 25 “L2”. Preferably, the step of moving the support head 4 is performed moving the support head 4 along a direction transverse to the “X” feed direction, to move each one vertically shaping organ 5, 6. 30 Subsequently or simultaneously with such movement of the support head 4, the method comprises a step of bringing the second organ in operating position, so that the respective tool 60 is at contact with the second edge “L2” and a phase of removing material from the second edge “L2” using the tool 60 of the second member of shape 6 (as schematically illustrated in figure 7). 5 Preferably, during the phases of the method the “L” plate advances continuously along the “X” direction of travel. In other words, the plate “L” is never stopped during the processing of the first “L1” and of the second “L2” edge. Advantageously, the present invention is able to overcome the 10 drawbacks that have emerged from the prior art. Advantageously, the 100 machine allows the “L” plate to be worked in reduced processing times thanks to the support head 4 which, being movable along the direction of advance between the initial positions and final, allows you to shape the edges “L1”, “L2” of the “L” plate without the 15 need to stop the “L” plate along the processing path. Advantageously, the 100 machine allows the “L” plate to be worked in reduced processing times thanks to the support head 4 which, being movable between the first and second working position, allows you to shape both the first “L1” and the second “L2” edge of the “L” plate 20 during a single and unique transit of the “L” plate along the path of “P” processing. Advantageously, the 100 machine allows the “L” plate to be worked in precise manner thanks to at least two shaping organs 5, 6 and the 4 movable support head to move each of the at least two 25 shaping organs 5, 6 between the on and off positions. The 100 machine and the method therefore allow the working of “L” plates in efficient, automated and cost-effective manner. THE AGENCY Eng. Simona Inchingalo
