Description

DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title “MOVING SYSTEM” On behalf of: GD SPA VIA BATTINDARNO 91 40133 BOLOGNA BO ******* The present invention relates to a movement system for industrial applications intended in particular for the handling and to sorting items, for example in automatic sorting machines filling and capping bottles. 5 In the automatic machinery sector, numerous systems are known handling for the handling and sorting of products and items such as vials, containers, caps and the like. Shifts of products in an XY plane can be achieved by movement systems which include, schematically, at least 10 a motor, a transmission mechanism, and an engagement member with the items driven by the engine through the transmission mechanism. There are applications in which, for example, to move and / or order, a plurality of products at the same time, systems have been developed of movements that use a single rigid organ, for example 15 comb, of commitment with the articles that can be moved by more transmission mechanisms coupled to each other. Such movement systems include, for example, the control unit commitment, which can be assimilated to an auction, and a first and a second transmission mechanism both connected to the organ of 20 commitment. A drawback of such systems arises from the fact that, being the organ of rigid commitment, transmission mechanisms must ensure, schematically, that the distance between the respective last transferors, directly connected to the commitment body and connected to each other via the body of commitment, always remains constant during a movement of the commitment body. Since even just for manufacturing and / or assembly tolerances it is essentially impossible to obtain the constancy of the aforementioned 5 distance. In use, tensions are generated in the movement system due to to the kinematic chain and to the fact that the last transferors of the mechanisms transmission are rigidly connected to each other. Such tensions can lead to damage to the system. 10 handling reducing its useful life or requiring maintenance interventions maintenance, It is therefore the need for reliable handling systems that are not influenced at least from the construction and assembly tolerances. In this context, we want to propose a movement system of 15 articles that can overcome at least some of the drawbacks of the technique note mentioned above and to satisfy the aforementioned requirement. In particular, it is the purpose of the present invention to make available a reliable handling system for a variety of products. This aim is achieved by a movement system comprising the 20 technical features set out in one or more of the attached claims. The dependent claims correspond to possible different forms of realization of the invention. In accordance with one aspect, the present invention relates to a system of movement of articles intended in particular for the movement and 25 to sorting items, for example in automatic sorting machines filling and capping bottles. The drive system comprises at least one motor, for example an electric motor, a first and a second transmission mechanism engine-driven. 30 The first transmission mechanism comprises a first pin and the second transmission mechanism includes a second pin. The movement system includes a rigid engagement member configured to engage with the items to be moved. The engagement organ is constrained to the first pin and the second pin and driven by the engine through the first and second gear mechanisms 5 transmission. Preferably, the handling system is configured so that the commitment body is movable in a plane including the control body commitment itself. Preferably, the engagement organ is comb-shaped to carry 10 articles by placing them between the prongs. The first pin is idle and rotates around a first axis of rotation concentric with the first pin. The second pin is free and rotatable at least around a second axis of eccentric rotation with respect to the second pin. 15 Advantageously, the idle eccentric pin acts, in practice, as a lever. second idle eccentric pin accommodates any position errors relative between the first and second pin allowing to cancel the tensions that would be generated in the event that the interaxis between the first and the second axis of rotation did not correspond to the length of the organ of 20 commitment. The length of the engagement organ means the distance along the commitment body among the portions of the commitment body itself intended to bind with the first and second pin. The second pin rotating eccentrically can, in use, move closer or 25 move away from the first pin. The second pivot pivots at least to the second eccentric rotation axis compared to the second pin it allows to keep the distance between the axles constant first and second pin. Advantageously, the handling system works independently 30 from the architecture of the first and second transmission mechanisms. Preferably, the first and second axes of rotation are parallel. Preferably, the first axis of rotation and the second axis of rotation they are orthogonal to the engagement organ. Preferably, the drive system comprises a crank handle driven by the engine and a connecting rod driven by the crank. 5 The first and second transmission mechanisms are driven by the connecting rod. Advantageously, the connecting rod and crank allow you to operate the first and second transmission mechanism through a single motor. 10 The connecting rod, the crank, the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism define at least in part a chain kinematics of the movement system. The second rotating pin around the second axis of rotation eccentric to the second pin allows the distance between the first and second pins to be kept constant 15 regardless of the errors introduced in the relative positioning of the first and of the second pin due to the kinematic chain. Preferably, the first pin has two degrees of freedom in the plane including the commitment body. Preferably, the second pin has two degrees of freedom in the plane 20 including the commitment body. Advantageously, the engagement organ can thus be made mobile. translational motion. The handling system can be used for moving of items along processing lines comprising multiple stations 25 processing arranged in series. For example, the first and second transmission mechanisms in particular can be configured to transfer the items for translation. Further features and advantages of the above aspects will appear 30 clearer from the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description, of at least one preferred but not exclusive embodiment of a movement system. This description will be presented below with reference to the united drawings, provided for indicative purposes only and therefore not limiting, in which: - figure 1 illustrates a movement system in accordance with the description in a schematic perspective view; 5 - Figure 2 illustrates the movement system of Figure 1 with some parts removed and in a schematic perspective view; - figure 3 illustrates the movement system of figure 1 with some parts removed and in a schematic perspective view; - figure 4 shows a detail of the movement system 10 of the previous figures in a schematic perspective view; - figure 5 shows a detail of the movement system of the previous figures in a schematic sectional view; - figure 6 shows a detail of the movement system of the previous figures in a schematic sectional view. 15 With particular reference to figure 1, the number 1 indicates a movement system in accordance with the description. The movement system 1 comprises a plurality of motors 2a, 2b, 2c, e.g. electric motors. The movement system 1 comprises a first and a second transmission mechanism 3, 4 driven by motors 2a, 2b, 2c. 5 The first and second transmission mechanisms 3, 4 are not described in detail but limited to the understanding of this invention that is independent of the architecture of the first and second transmission mechanism 3, 4. The first transmission mechanism comprises a first pin 5 having 10 main axis A5 and the second transmission mechanism includes a second pin 6 having main axis A6. The first pin 5 is idle and rotatable around a rotation axis R5 concentric with the first pin 5. In practice the main axis A5 coincides with the rotation axis R5. 15 The second pin 6 is free and rotatable at least around one axis of rotation R6 eccentric with respect to the second pin 6. The A5-A6 distance between the main axle A5 and the main axle A6 depends from the position of the second pin 6 and the main axis A6 with respect to to the axis of rotation R6 20 The main axis A6 is parallel to the rotation axis R6. The axis of rotation R5 is parallel to the axis of rotation R6. With reference to figures 5 and 6 it can be observed that the first pin 5 and the second pin 6 are mounted for example on a respective bearing 7, 8. The movement system 1 comprises a rigid engagement member 9, 25 configured to engage with the 100 items to be moved. The engagement organ 9 is constrained to the first pin and to the second pin 5, 6 and powered by at least one motor 2a, 2b through the first and second transmission mechanism 3, 4. The R5 rotation axis and the R6 rotation axis are orthogonal to the organ 30 of commitment 9. The engagement organ 9 is for example comb-shaped and comprises a plurality of 10 prongs so as to engage the 100 articles between 10 consecutive prongs. The movement system 1, in particular the first and second transmission mechanism 3, 4, is configured so that the drive member commitment 9 is movable in an XY plane including the commitment member 9 same. 5 The first and second transmission mechanisms 3, 4 and one or more motors 2a, 2b, 2c are configured to impose pre-established trajectories on the first and the second pin 5, 6 in the XY plane and then to the engagement organ 9. The principal axes A5, A6 and the rotation axes R5, R6 are orthogonal to the XY plane. 10 The first pin 5 has two degrees of freedom in the XY plane including the commitment body 9.
