Description
DESCRIPTION of a patent application for an industrial invention having title: “Burner group” 5 in the name of BRERA CERNIERE SRL with headquarters in Opera (MI). Ref: * * * * * 00729PT IT AV FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a burner group gas. 10 In particular it refers to a gas burner group for example present in a gas stove, a barbecue, etc. STATE OF THE ART Gas cookers or barbecues are equipped with a group 15 burner normally comprising a tubular element in which There are openings for the escape of combustible gas. There are safety devices near the burner ignition and safety. The known ignition devices are essentially 20 candles that generate a spark that jumps between one end active of the same and the burner. These systems can be of the piezoelectric type or include generators spark electronics. Safety devices may include: thermocouples. When the active part of the thermocouple is brought 5 in temperature from the combustion of the gas, it turns out that the flame is present and therefore the thermocouple keeps a valve open of gas supply. As the active end of the thermocouple cools, as a result of the flame going out, sometimes 10 accidental, the thermocouple blocks the flow of gas to the burner by controlling a valve present in the tap to which is associated. The known ignition and safety systems are normally fixed to the structure that also supports the burner, so 15 to be close to the burner itself. So assembling such parts involves work additional to the burner fixing. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of this invention is to provide a group 20 burner that is simplified compared to the known ones. A further object of the invention is to provide a group burner easy and quick to install. Yet another purpose of the present invention is to provide a burner group that is more economical than the known ones. This and other purposes are achieved by a burner group 5 made in accordance with the technical teachings of the annexes BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Additional features and benefits of innovation will be evident from the description of a preferred form 10 but not exclusive to the group, illustrated as an example and therefore non-limiting in the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a set square that it is part of the burner group of the present invention; Figure 2 is a front view of the figure square 15 1; Figure 3 is a top view, in plan, of the figure 1 square; Figure 4 is a side view of the figure square 1; 20 Figure 5 is a perspective view showing, in detail, a phase preceding the assembly of the bracket with a thermocouple and a spark plug; Figure 6 shows the assembled bracket with the thermocouple and spark plug; Figure 7 is a perspective view of the burner assembly of the present invention, in exploded view; 5 Figure 8 shows, in perspective view, a part of the burner group of the present invention; Figure 9 is a section taken along the line IX-IX of figure 8. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION 10 With reference to the figures cited, a group is shown burner indicated overall with the number of reference 1. The burner group 1 can be fixed to a frame 100 of a gas cooker or barbecue (not shown) for example via 15 supports 101. The gas burner group 1 includes a burner tube 2 equipped with a plurality of gas outlet openings 3. The burner tube 2 may have, in the part where they are present the openings, a substantially rectilinear C-axis, as 20 shown for example in figure 7. Or the axis can be curved or folded, depending on your needs. The burner tube 2, as visible in figure 2, can have a circular section. But here too, depending on the case, the section can have any shape, for example elliptical, crushed, flattened, etc. The burner tube 2 may also have a part of 2A connection, without openings. 5 The connecting part 2A, shaped as needed, can have a mating end 2B with a nozzle of fuel gas flow injection. The nozzle (not shown) can be fluidically connected to a gas flow regulation tap. 10 The tap is of the safety type; therefore it may present a valve, controlled by a thermocouple, which blocks the flow of gas in the absence of a flame. The burner group 1 also includes a spark plug 4 electric ignition (for example piezoelectric or 15 an electronic spark generator) and the aforementioned thermocouple 5 associated with burner tube 2. The thermocouple may also be associated with or part of the gas tap. According to the invention, the spark plug 4 and the 20 thermocouple 5 are associated with the burner tube 2 via a small square 6. Specifically, the bracket 6 supports both the spark plug ignition 4 that the thermocouple 5 (simultaneously) and the bracket 6 is supported only by burner tube 2. This means that the 6th bracket is only constrained 5 to the burner tube and not to the frame of the kitchen or barbecue. In this way an installer, after having positioned the burner tube 2 (to which bracket 6 is already fixed), must just insert the thermocouple and the spark plug into the bracket and not it is necessary to also fix a support or more to the frame 10 ad hoc supports (as in the known art) to support such auxiliary components. The bracket 6 may include a central portion 7 associated with the burner tube 2, from which they extend, on the sides opposite to the burner tube 2 (in plan), a first 8A 15 and a second support 8B each defining a pair of holes 9. In each pair of holes 9 can be inserted respectively the spark plug 4 and the thermocouple 5. Advantageously each pair of holes 9 defines a 20 seat having axis D, E, angled with respect to a longitudinal axis C of the burner tube 2 of an angle β between 1° and 20°, preferably 10°. In this way, the axis of thermocouple 5 or the axis of the spark plug inserted into the holes, it will also be angled at the same angle β with respect to the C-beam of the tube burner. In figure 3 you can see that the D and E axes are both angled by β with respect to the C axis of the tube, but nothing prevents that 5 the angles between D and C and between E and C are different from each other, obtaining so different angles of the spark plug or thermocouple with respect to the axis of the burner tube 2. As clearly visible in figure 1, each support 8A, 8B can be formed by a base 11 which extends (preferably of 10 piece) from the central portion 7 of the set square; from each base 11 extend (always preferably in one piece) a pair of fins 10 angled at approximately 90° to the base 11. Finally, said hole 9 is obtained in each fin 10. The central portion 7 can be provided with a curvature 15 or can be shaped to copy the curvature or the external profile of the burner tube 2, thus embracing it. This feature is clearly visible in the figure section 9, but also from the front view of figure 2. Advantageously the bracket 6 is welded to the tube 20 burner 2, preferably in correspondence with said central portion 7. The bracket 6 can be centered on the burner tube 2 through a boss 18 obtained on the central portion 7 itself, which fits into a counter-bushing 18A, for example indented, obtained on the burner tube. From each base 11, arranged between the fins 10, can extend a spark plug locking clip 15 5 4 or thermocouple 5. The 15 clip can be a simple metal strip bent with respect to the base 11 and twisted on itself so as to penetrate into a special groove S provided on both the thermocouple 5 which on the spark plug 4. 10 To complete the description, it should be noted that the bracket 6 may include a stiffening rib 20 which develops advantageously between the said central portion 7 and each of said bases 11. Advantageously the rib 20 has an axis 15 longitudinal angled, with an angle made in correspondence of the passage between the central part 7 and each of the bases 11. Furthermore the holes 9 can be made in the fins 10 so that when thermocouple 5 or the spark plug 20 4 are inserted into the holes 10, one active end 21 of the same (the tip that strikes the spark or the sensitive part of the thermocouple) substantially faces at least one of the said openings 3. As can be seen from figure 1, the bracket 6 can be advantageously made in a single cut piece and folded. It can then be attached to the burner tube. 5 according to known techniques, for example for welding, brazing, brazing or simple gluing. The finding also relates to a gas cooker or barbecue (not shown), comprising a frame 100 to which is attached, ad example via supports 101, the burner group 1 above 10 described. Various embodiments have been described of innovation, but others could be conceived by exploiting the same innovative concept, in accordance with the present
