Description
DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title “DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING COCKTAILS “EFFERVESCENT” On behalf of: NOCITO PAOLO FEDERICO ******* The present invention relates to a device and method for the preparation of effervescent cocktails. In particular, the present invention relates to a device and a method for preparing alcoholic cocktails, preferably based on 5 tequila or other similar liquors, in which carbon dioxide is dissolved. A an example of this type of cocktail is called “tequila bum bum” in where tequila is mixed with tonic water. In detail, the present invention can be inserted in the context of containers of miscible liquids for the preparation of effervescent drinks. 10 The principle behind these devices is the mixing of two substances, of which at least one is liquid, contained in the same container. At least one of the two substances contains dissolved carbon dioxide, which is released as bubbles when the pressure is reduced. In the case of preparing cocktails, there are closed containers, 15 as shot glasses, which contain two or more alcoholic liquids. Such containers they have the characteristic of being single-dose, therefore they contain the quantity required for a single consumption. By shaking the container the liquids mix, thus completing the preparation of the drink. These products are designed to be 20 convenient and easy to use, especially for those who want to prepare a Quickly make cocktails without the need for equipment or adding other ingredients ingredients. Disadvantageously, such systems do not allow verification unless the container should not be opened beforehand if the cocktail is ready to be served served. Especially in the case of fizzy drinks or cocktails, which require a 5 shaking to move the particles and make the mixture effervescent, i containers of this type do not allow the user to check the state of effervescence of the drink. The technical task of the present invention is therefore to put a device and method for preparing cocktails is available 10 sparkling wines capable of overcoming the drawbacks that have emerged from the known art. The aim of the present invention is therefore to provide provision of a device and method for preparing cocktails sparkling wines that allow you to make a single-serving drink effervescent in a single container. 15 The technical task and the specified purposes are substantially achieved by a device and method for preparing sparkling cocktails including the technical characteristics set out in one or more of the units claims. Dependent claims correspond to possible forms embodiments of the invention. 20 Further features and advantages of the present invention will appear clearer from the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description of an embodiment of a device and method for the preparation of sparkling cocktails. This description will be presented below with reference to the united 25 drawings, provided for indicative purposes only and therefore not limiting, in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the device according to the present invention; - Figure 2 shows a side elevation and longitudinal section view of the device of figure 1; - Figure 3 shows the device of Figure 2 in a respective operating condition following the mixing of substances contained in the device itself. With reference to the attached figures, with 1 it was overall 5 indicated a device for the preparation of effervescent cocktails which, For simplicity of description, it will be referred to below as device 1. The device 1 comprises a main body 2 and a cover 5. The main body 2 defines a containment volume consisting of two portions, of which a first portion contains a liquid substance 10 alcoholic 3 and a second portion containing an effervescent agent 4. This configuration of the main body 2, depicted in figure 2, is identifying an initial condition of the device 1 itself in which the The sparkling cocktail isn't ready yet. According to a possible embodiment of the present invention, in the 15 case of the preparation of tequila bum bum, the alcoholic liquid substance 3 It's tequila and the effervescent agent 4 is tonic water. Again, according to a possible embodiment of the invention, the body main 2 has a cylindrical or truncated cone shape (or truncated cone) and includes a base surface “B” and a surface 20 lateral “L”. This lateral surface develops away from the surface of base and defines an upper opening of the main body 2 developing on the opposite side of the base surface. Furthermore, according to one embodiment, this device has the shape of a 25 small glass and the upper opening defines a 7 edge for the consumption of the prepared effervescent cocktail (figure 1 and figure 2). The lid 5 is placed to close the containment volume. In other words, the cover 5 is placed to cover the upper opening so to limit the containment volume. 30 According to a possible embodiment, the cover 5 has a mechanical edge coupling system 7. According to a further embodiment, the cover 5 has a system 7-sided adhesive edge coupling. The coupling system of the cover 5 to the edge 7 is designed to allow to keep the containment volume closed and to remove the lid 5 5 by traction by the user. In use, device 1 may be shaken or manually agitated at work of the user, in order to mix the two substances together in it contains, that is, the alcoholic liquid substance 3 and the effervescent agent 4. 10 This mixing helps to increase the pressure force internal due to the agitation of the beverage particles. The agitation, in fact, it causes the release of carbon dioxide dissolved in the liquid, with resulting in the formation of gas bubbles. These bubbles increase the pressure inside the containment volume. 15 Therefore, the cover 5 is configured to be subjected to a force of thrust “F” generated following the variation of internal pressure and directed from the containment volume towards the outside of the body 2. As specified above, the pressure variation is, obtained as a result of the mixing of the two substances, i.e. the alcoholic liquid substance 3 and 20 the effervescent agent 4. According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cover 5 of the device 1 is made of a flexible material that promotes the deformation following the increase in internal pressure. For example, the material used is a deformable film following 25 of the action of a pushing force “F” to which it is subjected. Alternatively, the film can be a transparent film deformable. Alternatively, the film can be made from a sheet of aluminum. Other embodiments relating to the material with which the product is made lid 5 are possible, as long as the material is preferably a deformable material. This thrust force “F”, specifically, is generated by the 5 change of internal pressure in device 1, which varies between a resting pressure where the molecules are not agitated and a second reaction pressure, in which the molecules are agitated. The reaction pressure is greater than the resting pressure. This pressure variation causes a deformation of the lid 5 10 between a first configuration and a second configuration. Note that the pushing force “F” capable of deforming the cover 5 is not, however, able to undock the lid itself from the edge of the lateral surface. In other words, despite the condition of overpressure that generates the force “F” inside the body 2, the lid 15 5 still remains anchored to the body. In the first configuration, the cover 5 has a planar development. In in other words, the lid 5 lies on a transverse plane of the body main 2 parallel to the base surface of the main body 2. In this configuration, the cover 5 therefore lies in correspondence with the 20 upper main body 2. The second configuration, instead, corresponds to a conformation rounded lid 5. In other words, as best illustrated in figure 3, this conformation The rounded profile of the lid 5 defines a convex shape facing 25 towards the outside of the main body 2 i.e. the containment volume in the initial configuration of the device 1. In other words, this rounded shape defines a raised dome with respect to the plane of the opening of the main body 2. Furthermore, as specified above the cover 5 is associated with the body 30 main 2 in a reversible manner, i.e. removable and not fixed following of the mixing of the alcoholic liquid substance 3 of the agent effervescent 4. In other words, once the liquid substance is mixed alcoholic 3 with the effervescent agent 4 can be removed manually the lid 5 from the main body 2, i.e. from the upper opening. The device 1 also comprises a third portion that defines a compartment 5 empty 6. This space favors correct mixing of the substances contained in the containment volume and, upon removal of the lid 5, prevents the mixed liquid from easily overflowing. The present invention also relates to a method presenting a sequence of steps that allow you to prepare the cocktail. 10 Therefore, the method for preparing cocktails includes a step of setting up a device 1 as described above, a phase shaking the device 1 so as to mix the liquid substance alcoholic 3 with the effervescent substance 4 and to generate a variation of the internal pressure of the containment volume. The shaking phase 15 is manually activated by the user. The pressure variation then defines a pushing force “F” directed on the lid 5. Finally, the method involves removing the lid 5. In other words, after having prepared device 1, the latter is shaken so as to mix the alcoholic liquid substance 3 with the 20 effervescent substance 4. The mixing, resulting from the shaking of device 1, generates an increase in pressure due to the movement of particles inside the containment volume. As a result, the increase in pressure generates a pushing force “F” 25 directed from inside the body 2 towards the outside by acting on the cover 5. In other words, the pushing force “F” generates the deformation of the lid 5, allowing you to visually indicate whether the cocktail is correctly mixed, and then ready to be consumed. This effect is visible in Figure 3, which shows the final stage of the method. 30 minutes of preparation with the liquids completely mixed and the pushing pressure that acts on the lid 5. In other words, the deformation phase of the cover 5 is realized in function of a variation between two pressures, the resting pressure and the reaction, superior to the first. So, following the deformation of the cover 5 it is possible to remove 5 manually the latter and consume the ready cocktail. Furthermore, following the removal of the cover 5, the pressure inside of device 1 decreases and carbon dioxide is released in the form of bubbles. The sudden drop in pressure allows the gas contents in the mixed drink to expand rapidly, causing 10 the release of gas bubbles. In light of the above, the following invention brings numerous advantages that allow us to overcome the drawbacks that have emerged from the art Note. In fact, this device 1 solves the limitation present in other containers 15 relating to the fact of checking the state of preparation of the drink effervescent. The deformable lid 5, in fact, allows for visual indication and evident of the mixing state, without having to eliminate the layer covering placed on top of the closing container. 20 Furthermore, the choice to use a single 1-dose device allows for have a container with the right amount of water easily available quantity of alcoholic liquid substance 3 and effervescent agent 4. Therefore, the present invention is able to overcome the drawbacks emerged from the known art. 25 Advantageously the device and method for preparing cocktails effervescent allows to give quick and reliable indications on the state of preparation of the effervescent drink and to easily prepare the desired cocktail.
