Description

AIR INTAKE FOR A SPORTS GARMENT OR SAFETY PREVENTION The present invention relates to an air intake for a sports or safety garment, and in particular to an air intake applicable above a surface of garment ventilation. In the motorsports clothing sectors and safety clothing has been known for a long time problem of providing adequate ventilation to the wearer protective suits, footwear and gloves. Such garments, in fact, they are usually composed of several layers in order to to ensure adequate protection for the wearer, and can also cause sensations of overheating extreme especially for those who have to work in hot environments, in the central hours of the day and / or directly exposed to solar radiation. With particular reference to motor sports, such as example car racing, motorcycling and karting, the drivers are usually racing on tracks completely exposed to the sun, the whose asphalt reaches very high temperatures, wearing protective suits, footwear and gloves which must be highly resistant to heat and abrasion. Generally, the clothes worn by pilots feature several air-permeable ventilation surfaces, through which air flows can enter inside the suit by exploiting the pilot's movement compared to the air itself, thus lowering the temperature internal and give relief to the pilot. However, this solution it did not prove to be entirely satisfactory, as it is found to be able to lower the temperature inside of the suit only to a limited extent. Examples of vents for motorsports clothing are can be identified in the following prior art documents: D1 US 2013 / 174315 D2 US 5704064 D3 US 2014 / 325743 D4 US 2017 / 251738 D5 WO 2013 / 061032 However, no prior documentation shows an air intake. including a second chamber capable of promoting the passage of further air flow through the ventilation surface. The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, and in particular that of allow for particularly efficient cooling inside sports and safety clothing, improving wearer comfort. A further aim of the present invention is to allow for particularly efficient cooling inside motorsports clothing, avoiding at the same time worsening of the performances of the wearers, and maintaining safety features, comfort, lightness, washability and ease of use making of the garments themselves. These and other results are obtained according to this invention by making an air intake according to the claim 1, a suit according to claim 12, a footwear according to claim 15 and a glove according to claim 16. Further features of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. The present invention will now be described, by way of example, illustrative, but not limiting, according to his favorite forms of realization, with reference to the figures in the drawings attachments, in which: - Figure 1 is a three-dimensional perspective view of a air intake according to a first embodiment of the invention; - Figure 2 is a three-dimensional perspective view of the figure 1 from a different observation point; - Figure 3 is a side view of Figure 1; - Figure 4 is a three-dimensional perspective view of a air intake according to a second embodiment of the invention; - Figure 5 is a three-dimensional perspective view of the figure 4 from a different observation point; - Figure 6 is an exploded front view of a suit motor sports according to the invention; - Figure 7 is an exploded side view of a shoe accident prevention and / or for motor sports according to the invention; - Figure 8 is an exploded top view of a glove motorsport protection according to the invention. With reference to figures 1-3, 1 is indicated in its complex an air vent for a sports garment or accident prevention, in a first embodiment. More in particular, the air intake 1 can be applied above a ventilation surface of the garment at least partially permeable to air. The ventilation surface can consist for example of a perforated portion of the garment, or in a portion of the garment made with a fabric that is particularly permeable to air. The surface of ventilation is positioned on the garment in such a way as to be exposed to the air flow generated by the movement of the wearer (for example a driver during a race) with respect to atmospheric air, i.e. preferably on front surface, on the upper surface or on the lateral surface of the garment. The air intake 1 comprises a border 2 which delimits below the air intake 1 itself and which can be sewn, glued or generally coupled to the garment in such that the air intake 1 at least partially covers the ventilation surface on which it is applied. The air intake 1 also comprises a first front wall 3 extending from an anterior region of the border 2 so that in use, i.e. when the air intake 1 is applied to the garment over its surface ventilation, it should be inclined and protruding with respect to the ventilation surface towards the outside of the garment, defining a first front portion of the air intake 1 and intercepting part of the air flow that moves on the surface of the garment as a result of movement of the wearer with respect to the atmospheric air. The first front wall 3 has a plurality of first holes 30 through which airflow can flow from a part to the other of the first front wall 3. The air intake 1 also comprises a first portion rear which is shaped in such a way as to define in use above the ventilation surface a first chamber 4 partially waterproof that extends behind the first front wall 3 along a first direction A. The first chamber 4 communicates fluid-dynamically with the outside of the garment through the first holes 30 of the first front wall 3, and communicates fluid-dynamically with the inside of the garment through the ventilation surface which, as mentioned, is at least partially permeable to air: in this way the air flow which, as a result of movement of the wearer with respect to the atmospheric air, passes through the first holes 30 of the first front wall 3, enters the first chamber 4 and is introduced inside the garment through the ventilation surface. The first chamber 4 has a first cross-section, defined perpendicular to the first direction A, whose extension decreases as one moves away from the first wall front 3 along the first direction A towards the back of the first chamber 4. In this way, the progressive narrowing of the first chamber 4 causes the air flow entering the first chamber 4 through the first holes 30 a progressive increase in density proceeding towards the rear of the first chamber 4, and this increase in pressure favors the passage of at least part of the air flow inside of the garment through the ventilation surface. Of consequently, the air intake 1 allows to introduce inside the garment a flow of air of capacity high, obtaining a particularly high cooling efficient inside the garment and improving the wearer comfort when moving compared to atmospheric air. Preferably, the first rear portion comprises a first cover 5 at least partially waterproof which is joined to the first front wall 3 and the edge 2, so that the first chamber 4 is delimited anteriorly by the first front wall 3, below from edge 2 (and in use from ventilation surface), and above, laterally and posteriorly from the first cover 5. In particular the first cover 5 has a height, defined perpendicular to the first direction A and in use compared to the ventilation surface, which decreases moving away from the first front wall 3 along the first direction A towards the back of the first chamber 4: in this how to obtain the progressive reduction of the first section transversal of the first chamber 4 moving away from the first front wall 3 along the first direction A. Furthermore, preferably, also the width of the first cover 5, defined perpendicular to the first direction A and in use parallel to the ventilation surface, decreases moving away from the first front wall 3 along the first direction A towards the back of the first chamber 4. The first cover 5 includes a first rear sector 50 joined to the posterior region of border 2 and opposite to the first front wall 3 along the first direction A. Preferably, the first rear sector 50 has a plurality of second holes (not visible in the figures) plus small of the first holes. This way, in case the high speed of the wearer relative to the air atmospheric causes an excessive increase in pressure of the air flow inside the first chamber 4, a part of the air flow exits from the first chamber 4 through the second holes limiting the aerodynamic resistance of the air intake 1 as a whole, and thus avoiding slowdowns of the wearer and worsening of his / her sports performance. Preferably, the first front wall 3 is inclined with respect to the surface defined by edge 2, i.e. in use with respect to the ventilation surface, of a first angle 6 (visible in figure 3) less than or equal to 90°. In this way, the air intake 1 intercepts in a particularly effective air flows generated by the movement of the wearer with respect to the atmospheric air, and offers in the overall a limited aerodynamic resistance. In In particular, the first angle 6 is between 20° and 70°. In a second embodiment, represented in the figures 4 and 5, the air intake 1 also includes a second front wall 7 and a second rear portion which define a second chamber 8 which extends along a second direction B (visible in figure 5) substantially parallel to the first direction A. The second chamber 8 is next to the first room 7, and has a length, measured along the second direction, which is less than the length, measured along the first direction, of the first room 4; in this way the second room 8 and the first room 4 create a substantially L-shaped shape. The second front wall 7 is configured (similarly to the first front wall 3) so as to be arranged in use inclined and protruding from the surface of ventilation towards the outside of the garment, so as to intercept a further flow of air, and presents in in particular a plurality of third holes 70. The second chamber 8 has a second cross-section, defined perpendicular to the second direction B, which extension decreases as one moves away from the second wall front 7 along the second direction B towards the back of the second chamber 8. In this way, with an increase in pressure of the additional air flow similar to what was seen for the first chamber 4, the passage of the further one is favored airflow through the ventilation surface. An air intake 1 in this L-shape is particularly advantageous when applied on a suit in correspondence of the wearer's shoulder, as the first chamber 4 allows you to introduce inside the suit a flow of air directed towards the wearer's chest, while the second chamber 8 allows for the introduction of a further airflow directed towards the wearer's collarbone. Yes it is in fact observed that the cooling of these areas anatomical significantly improves comfort of the wearer. Preferably the second rear portion comprises a second cover 9 which has a decreasing height moving away from the second front wall 7 along the second direction towards the back of the second chamber 8, obtaining the progressive reduction of the second section transversal of the second chamber 8 moving away from the second front wall 7 along the second direction B. The second cover 9 includes a second rear sector 90 opposite the second front wall 7, which features a plurality of fourth holes 91 smaller than the third holes. The function of the fourth holes 91 is the same as the second holes of the first rear sector 50. Preferably the second front wall 7 is inclined with respect to the surface defined by edge 2, that is, in use with respect to the ventilation surface, of a second angle (not visible in the figures) essentially equal to the first angle 6. In both embodiments shown, preferably, the air intake 1 is made entirely in a material having a Shore-A hardness between 30 and 70. In this way, once the air intake 1 has been applied to the garment, the latter remains in any case wearable comfortably and safe for the wearer. In particular, the air intake 1 is made preferably in silicone, or EPDM rubber or polyurethane thermoplastic, with a thickness equal to or less than 2 millimeters. This way the garment remains light and easy to easy to make and wash. In a form of alternative realization not illustrated, the first portion rear does not include a cover, but defines the first camera when inserted into a special pocket made on the outer surface of the garment and open anteriorly, where this pocket remains defined by a at least partially waterproof coating placed on the outside above the ventilation surface and fixed to the garment itself except for the front edge. More in in particular the rear portion keeps open anteriorly this pocket and is the lining, kept in position from the rear portion (for example by means of a or more arched support elements), to delimit superiorly, laterally and posteriorly the first chamber. The first front wall and the edge delimit respectively anteriorly and inferiorly the first room in this case too. With reference to figure 6, one or more air intakes 1, in one or more of the related forms of implementation, may be applied to a 100 motorsport suit, above of corresponding ventilation surfaces at least partially permeable to air. The ventilation surfaces of the 100 suit, and therefore also the air vents 1, can be positioned in correspondence of a shoulder 101, a forearm 102, a 103 thigh, a calf and / or a back of the wearer. Yes it is in fact observed that the cooling of these areas anatomical significantly improves comfort of the wearer. Suit 100 preferably also includes one or more vent surfaces (not shown in the figures) at least partially permeable to air, configured to allow the flow leaking out of the suit 100 of air entered inside the suit 100 through the intakes of air 1 and the corresponding ventilation surfaces. In This way the air flows avoid “inflating” the suit 100, keeping the aerodynamic resistance of the overalls 100 same. With reference to figure 7, an air intake 1, in one or more than the related forms of implementation, can be applied to a 200 safety and / or sports shoe motor vehicles above corresponding surfaces of ventilation at least partially permeable to air. The ventilation surface of the shoe 200, and therefore also the air intake 1, can be positioned in correspondence for example of the user's metatarsals. With reference to figure 8, one or more air intakes 1, in one or more of the related forms of implementation, may be applied to a 300 protection glove for sports motorsports, above corresponding surfaces of ventilation at least partially permeable to air. The ventilation surfaces of the glove 300, and therefore also the air vents 1, can be positioned in correspondence for example of the user's fingers. The The present invention has been described, by way of illustration, but not limiting, according to his favorite forms of realization, but it is to be understood that variations and / or changes can be made by an expert in the field, without thereby leaving the relevant scope of protection as defined in the appended claims.
