DESCRIPTION of the patent for invention Having as title: ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM FOR BAG AND SIMILAR ITEMS AND BAG OR SIMILAR ITEMS EQUIPPED WITH ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM 5 Depositors: DE STEFANI Alessandro DE STEFANI Riccardo 10 Inventors: DE STEFANI Alessandro, DE STEFANI Riccardo Represented by the representatives D'AGOSTINI Dr. Giovanni and FINA Ing. Alessandro of D'AGOSTINI ORGANIZATION Srl, Via G. Giusti 17 - 33100 Udine Deposited the N. DESCRIPTION 20 Technical field The present invention relates to an anti-theft system for bags, purses, bum bags, backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, beauty cases, trunks, and similar, to warn the owner by signals acoustic when unauthorized access is attempted to a locked internal compartment, according to the characteristics of the -car prateterizing part of claim 1. The present invention also relates to a bag equipped with such an anti-theft system for bags. Prior art In the field of theft prevention, there are solutions designed for 5 Protect personal belongings from unauthorized access. One of the most common solutions is the use of anti-theft bags featuring hidden zippers and cut-resistant materials. These bags are designed to make it difficult for thieves to gain access. Another solution which is particularly widespread in suitcases and briefcases is the use of hinge locks possibly alarmed, which prevent unauthorized opening of the 10 bag with secure lock through locks that can be unlocked using keys or padlocks equipped with a safety combination. There are also bags equipped with GePS tractoc iam systems, which allow the owner to locate the bag in case of theft. These systems are useful for recovering the bag after the theft has occurred. 15 Some bags are equipped with an audible warning when the bag is opened. Some bags have an accelerometer vpaerre riuleno snatch . Problems with the anterior technique With reference to bags equipped with ten asec zippers or cut-resistant materials, they They do not offer a good level of security and at the same time can be difficult to open 20 also for the owner, causing frustration. With reference to bags equipped with alarmed zipper locks, These also present problems. For example, if the owner loses the keys, it can be 25 difficult or impossible to open the bag. Combination locks can also be problematic if the owner forgets the combination. Non-alarmed locks can be forced open by expert thieves when the owner is absent without realizing it. With reference to the stock exchanges equipped with GPS tracking systems, they offer the possibility of recovering the bag but there are no prgr eveni ad re the theft itself, for example 5 in the case of an act of pickpocketing in which the contents of the bag are stolen but not stolen from the owner. With reference to bags equipped with an alarm that is activated when the bag is open, this acoustic warning can be annoying during normal use of the bag and if it is There is a method to turn the alert on / off, it could be disabled 10 before the theft. With reference to the bags equipped with accelerator and sstreo, they are not effective in reporting of acts of pickpocketing in which the bag is not stolen from the owner but It is only opened to access its contents. Purpose of the invention 15 The purpose of this invention is to provide an anti-theft system for bags, purses, bum bags, backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, be-acases, uty trunks, and similar, in which the anti-theft system is simple to use and applicable to any type of object suitable for the manual transport of goods. By way of example but not limited to, the tactical warning device (11) may be able to to emit a sound with an intensity of the order of 100 decibels. Alternatively it can be integrated into an electronic board with which the control unit is made (2). Alternatively or even in combination, the tdivisop od sii Avviso (11) can be integrated into a user-portable device, such as a smartphone, in embodiments wherein 15 the control unit (2) is configured to transmit feedback on the status of at least one closing device (25, 25', 25'') by means of a wireless connection via a channel of serial communication. In these embodiments the control unit can be configured to generate a warning device activation signal (11) and / or to the generation of an activation signal of an associated rsmmea rtspuhllo one when the 20 bag (14) containing the anti-theft system (1) moves away from the smartphone associated with a loss of signal resulting in disconnection of the paired smartphone. The anti-theft system (1) may comprise at least one sicsotemmaan dod i (24) which is configured for connection to the control unit (2) for control unit configuration (2) between a first activation condition in which the control unit (2) is enabled for the 25 generation of said command to activate the warning device (11) in the case of an opening of the locking device (25, 25', 25'') and a second deactivation condition where the control unit (2) is disabled for the g edni eradzeio tto n eactivation command of the warning device (11) in the event of an opening of the locking device (25, 25', 25''). The control system (24) may be a control device (13) in the form of a key 5 passive or active electronics where said connection to the control unit (2) is a wireless connection, for example using passive RFID technology. The control system (24) may comprise (Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 4, Fig. 5ig, . F6igb. , 6Faig, . F7) a detector (12) of the control device (13) connected to the control unit (2) via a second socket (8) for the detector (12) of the control device (13). The detector (12) of the control device (13). 10 command (13) is capable of interfacing with a control device (13) in the form of a key passive or active electronics, such as an RFID-based token so as to allow the positioning of the detector (12) of the control device (13) in a position easy to reach, for the purpose of obtaining a system unlock condition anti-theft (1), before opening the locking device (25, 25', 25'') and teriorment 15 degree of allowing the positioning of the detector (12) of the control device (13) in a convenient position to reach, for the purpose of obtaining an activation condition of the anti-theft system (1). It will be evident to an expert in the field that further technologies can be used in the scope of this invention such as an NFC detector, or for example the control device (13) can be in the form of a smartphone in which said 20 connection to the control unit (2) is a wireless connection. In fact, in some forms of realization (Fig. 1b) the control device (1 3e) ssp eu reò realized in the form of a smartphone associated with the anti-theft system (1), where the connection to the unit is controlled by a roll (2) wireless connection. In this case the control unit can be configured for the generation of a signal to activate the warning device (11) and / or for the generation of 25 an alarm activation signal on the paired smartphone when the bag (14) containing the anti-theft system (1) moves away from the associated smartphone with a loss of signal resulting in disconnection of the associated smartphone. The control device (13) in the form of a smartphone can be configured pera r ziloan eg ednie an alarm signal using a speaker of the smartphone associated with the bag (14) containing the system 5 anti-theft (1) moves away from the paired smartphone with a loss of signal with consequent disconnection of the associated smartphone. In general, therefore, the system anti-theft device (1) may include a control device (13) made in the form of smartphone or implemented in a user's smartphone, where the smartphone is configured for displaying an alarm notification or activating a smartphone speaker 10 following the detection of a wireless connection interruption condition due to loss of the signal for distance between the control unit (2) and the control device (13). At the same time, the control unit (2) can be configured to activate the device notice (11) of the stock exchange following the detection of a condition of interruption of the wireless connection due to signal loss due to distance between the control unit (2) and the 15 control device (13) in the form of a smartphone. In general, therefore, the control device command (13) can be configured to display an alarm notification following of the detection of a wireless connection interruption condition due to loss of signal for distance between the control unit (2) and the control device (13) and further characterized by the fact that the control unit (2) is configured to activate the 20 warning device (11) following the detection of a power failure condition wireless connection due to signal loss due to distance between the control unit (2) and the control device (13) . The status indicator (4) is intended to indicate the condition of the anti-theft system (1) with respect to the residual autonomy and the condition of the unlocking bolus that can be activated by means of the 25 control system (24). The status indicator (4) may consist of a set of indicators bright rather than in a display. In a form azdio i nree ap lizrezferita, the status indicator (4) consists of three LEDs (Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 4, F, ig. Fi5g, . F 6b ig, . F6iag. 7) positioned on the control unit (2). A first LED provides information, for example by means of a fixed light, off or intermittent, on the system status. A second LED provides information, for example 5 example by means of a fixed, off or intermittent light, on the locked or unlocked condition of the system. A third LED provides information, for example by means of a fixed light, off or intermittent, on the battery charge status (is3t) and mdae the anti-theft device (1) or on the status of a charging condition of the battery (3) of the anti-theft system (1). In the forms of The control unit (2) described below is preferably positioned inside the 10 of the bag (14). According to a possible embodiment, in order to allow the viewing the status indicator (4) without access to a locking device (25, 25', 25''), the control unit (2) will be placed internally next to one of its surfaces of the bag with the status indicator (4) facing outwards from the (1 4b) orvsis a ible from outside the bag (14) through a special opening for the sta indicator(Ftoig . (246, ) Fig. 5, Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b, 15 Fig. 7). Alternatively the status indicator (4) is removable and connectable to the control (2) so that it can be positioned as desired even outside the bag (14). Alternatively or in combination the (4s) state indicator can be realized in the form of smartphone implemented in a user's smartphone, in which the app is configured for displaying information on the condition of the anti-theft system (1) compared to 20 to the remaining autonomy, the charge status and the locked or unlocked condition. The coupling elements (20, 33, 35) and -eli em coent ntri or coupling elements (21, 34, 36) of the anti-theft system (1) can be made in the form of a pair of contacts electrical where said coupling condition between coupling elements (20, 33, 35) and counter-coupling elements (21, 34, 36) is an electrical contact condition (Fig. 1a, 25 Fig. 2a, Fig. 2c, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3c, Fig. 4, Fig. 5g, Fig. 7g). Alternatively, the elements of coupling (20, 33, 35) ei -el cont emrent oi coupling (21, 34, 36) of the system anti-theft (1) constitute a proximity sensor in which in said coupling condition between the coupling elements (20, 33, 35) -eel em i cent onitro coupling (21, 34, 36) is a magnetic coupling condition (Fig. 1b, Fig. 2b, Fig. 3b, Fig. 6b). 5 Within the scope of the present invention, detection devices may be described (27, 27', 27'') including (Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c) more e leam cceonptip iadm i ento (20, 33, 35) and more counter-coupling elements (21, 34, 36) such as, for example, a first element of coupling (20) suitable for coupling with a first -elcont ement coupling roo (21), a second coupling element (33) coupled with a second 10 counter-coupling element (34), a third coupling element (35) act to the coupling with a third coupling element (36). The presence of more coupling elements helps to avoid false recognition of an open state of the closing device (25, 25', 25'') for example when a first coupling element (20) is uncoupled from the first c-el onem troento of coupling (21) without corresponding 15 a real opening of a specific type of closing device (25, 25', 25'') which surely would also separate further contact elements such as the second contact element coupling (33) from the second coupling element (34). In fact, the closing device (25, 25', 25'') can be combined with a zip lock comprising a cursor (22), a first -por sem tion i (18) and a second -por sem tion 20 (19). The zipper is an element of och bilu usnugra o. The first se-por mizione (18) is equipped with a first end the(1 second 7) and semi-portion (19) is equipped with a second end (28) wherein the ends (17, 28) comprise terminal stop elements of the cursor (22) when it reaches the position to completely close the zipper. In this case, the sensing device (27, 27', 27'') comprising a first 25 coupling element (20) and a first coupling element (21) provides (Fig. 2a, Fig. 3a, Fig. 4, Fig. 5) the positioning and the coupling methods (20) in correspondence of the first end (17) of the first porsem zione i (18) and of the first con - ro coupling element (21) at the second end (28) of the second semi-portion (19). In this configuration, when in the zipper closure the 5 cursor (22) is in the stop condition with the first end (17) and with the second end (28), the first coupling element (20) and the first coupling element (20) (21) are mutually coupled (Fig. 2a, Fig. 4) cdoon sean'luni te l ntà di controllo (2) il detection of the closed condition of the device voc chiudsiura (25, 25', 25''). Otherwise, when the cursor (22) is in a displaced condition with respect to the striking condition with the first 10 ends (17) and with the second end (28), the first coupling element (20) and the first coupling counter-element (21) are in uncoupled condition (Fig. 3a, Fig. 5) allowing the control unit (2) to detect the open condition of the safety device closing (25, 25', 25'') which will cause the control unit (2) to generate the said command to activate the warning device (11) following the detection of a condition 15 of decoupling between the coupling elements. A sensing device (27, 27', 27'') ncdoem ntper emulti contact elements (Fig. 2c, Fig. 3c) is more advantageous. For example, consider the case of a device detection (27, 27', 27'') including the first element enatoc coupling (20) act to the coupling with the first coupling element (21) the second coupling element 20 coupling (33) suitable for coupling with the second -elcont ement coupling roo (34), the third coupling element (35) acts as a coupling element with the third coupling element coupling element (36) which are all applied to the zipper. In this case the detection device (27, 27', 27'') helps to avoid false detections of the condition of opening of the locking device (25, 25', 25'') may result in a condition of 25 application where: - the first coupling element (20) is arranged pin on decn ozrrais of the first end (17) of the first sem -portion (18) and the first coupling element (21) it is placed in correspondence with the second end (28) of the second -portion sem(i19); - the second coupling element (33) is located in the second portion (18) 5 at a first distance from the first end (17) of the pr -por imation semi(18) and the second counter-coupling element (34) is arranged at a first distance from the second end (28) of the second segment (19); - the third coupling element (35) is arranged in the mp-ipor tion (18) to a second distance from the first end (17) of the first semi-poration (18) and the third 10 counter-coupling element (36) is arranged at a second distance from the second end (28) of the second segment (19); where the second distance is greater than the first pdrim ista an zea , second distance which can be, for example, between 0.5 cm and 3 cm, being evident to a expert in the sector that these values are only indicative and other values may also be foreseen 15 higher or lower than the interval in or icaatnche depending on the type and of the overall dimensions of the coupling elements (20, 33, 35) and of the -elements containing rods coupling (21, 34, 36) . It is important that the second distance is chosen inta lem that in correspondence of the second distance the zipper opening is not yet wide enough 20 to allow an attacker to access the bag. This way, when the zipper is in the fully closed condition (Fig. 2c), i.e. with the slider (22) positioned in abutment of the first and second ends (17, 28), the first element of coupling (20) is coupled with the first -elcont ement roo of coupling (21), the second coupling element (33) is coupled with the second -element conto rodi 25 coupling (34), the fifth contact element (35) is coupled with the - third contact coupling element (36)' control unit (2) detects the locking device (25, 25', 25'') in closed condition. When, for example, the cursor (22) is located oisniz iounnea cpompresa between the second coupling element (33) and the third coupling element (35), or similarly between 5 the second cont-rel oemento of coupling (34) and the third -elcont ement roo of coupling (36), the zipper is only partially open (Fing . c3ocn) giving access to the bag by an attacker. In this condition, the first coupling element (20) is uncoupled from the first c-el onem troento coupling (21), the second element of coupling (33) is decoupled from the second -el cont emrent oo of coupling (35) 10 while the third coupling element (35) pèi ataoc co copn the third co-el ntem ro ento of coupling (36) and 'control unit (2) detects the locking device (25, 25', 25'') in closed condition as it is a small opening not large enough to allow a human access to the bag. This device configuration is of the type (27, 27', 27'') applied a zipper allows to avoid false recognition of the change of state of the 15 locking device (25, 25', 25'') for example due to an accidental movement of a of the coupling elements or of the -el cont emrent oi of coupling. In general, therefore, the at least one ev a(2 m7 e) n relief device may comprise a series of coupling elements (20, 33, 35) and a series of corresponding -element i icont of ro coupling (21, 34, 36), where the coupling elements (20, 33, -el 35) em ent e ii contro 20 coupling (21, 34, 36) are configured to be arranged one after the other along a longitudinal development axis of the closing device (25, 25', 25'') having a oblong conformation, the control unit being configured for the generation of said command to activate the warning device (11) following the detection of a condition of decoupling between all coupling elements (20, all 33, all cont 35) roe-elements 25 of coupling (21, 34, cor 36)respondents. In the context of the present invention the sensing device (27, 27', 27'') can comprise a coupling element (20) and a coupling element (21) realizing (Fig. 1b, Fig. 2b, Fig. 3b) a detector of the pro in ssicmui the element of coupling (20) constitutes a passive element to be detected and in which the counter 5 coupling element (21) constitutes a proximity sensor capable of detecting the presence of the coupling element (20) within a range (30) of the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is configured to detect a particular material of which it is composed of the element to be detected. The proximity sensor constituting -eliem l content of coupling (21) is designed to transmit to the control unit (2) a signal on the status of 10 proximity of the element to be detected constituting the coupling element (20). In this last case, when the closing device (25, 25', 25'') is a zipper, the proximity sensor constituting the coupling element (21) is placed in correspondence of the first and second ends (17, 28) and the element to be detected constituting the coupling element (20) can be placed in the rssourel c(22). In this way, 15 when the zip is closed and the slider (22) equipped with the element to be detected (Fig. 2b) is positioned in a striking condition at the first and second ends (17, 28) or at a distance less than the range (30) of the proximity sensor from said end (17, 28), the proximity sensor will detect the item to be detected, it will communicate it to the control unit (2) which will determine a zipper closing condition. 20 Otherwise, when the cursor (22) (Fig. 3b) is moved from the stop position in correspondence of first and second ends (17, 28) up to a distance greater than the scope of the proximity sensor range (30), the proximity sensor will no longer detect the item to be detect causing the generation by the unciotàn trodllio (2) of the said command activation of the warning device (11) following the detection of a condition of decoupling between coupling element (20) and -elcont ement coupling roo (21). In the context of the present invention the following arrangements are made (27, 27', 27'') just described can be applied to additional closing devices (25, 25', 25'') of a bag 5 (14) such as snap buttons, or closed rep ea r vleavligette. Alternatively, the The detection means just described can easily be applied to any means of opening. of the bag (14) having a first portion (18) and a second portion (19) to which apply the detection means described i, t al when i are coupled the opening means of the bag is closed while when they are not coupled the means of opening of the bag is 10 open. Remaining within the scope of the present invention, the detection means adopted they may consist of elements made of an electrically conductive material already present in the bag (14) and which can be used for the connected one of the alcont l rollo unit (2) by means of a first connector (9) for the arrangement of the elements, if these elements are coupled in the condition of closing the bag (14) and are not coupled in the condition 15 opening of the bag (14). For example, (Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b) the present sisiftuerm toa (a1n) t can be applied to a bag that can be opened by means of a closing device (25, 25', 25'') in which -lpor a zi prone ima semi (18) consists of a snap button (31) and the six-part waveform (19) consists of a relative buttonhole (32). Relative to this type of vod ispdoi sitichiusura (25, 25', 25''), the 20 detection device (27, 27', 27'') may consist (Fig. 6a) of a first element of coupling (20) positioned in the buttonhole (32) so that when said button (31) is inserted in the slot (32) the first c-el onem troento coupling (21) is coupled with the first coupling element (20) while when the button (31) is detached from the buttonhole (32) the first counter-coupling element (21) is not coupled with the first coupling element 25 coupling (20) and the control unit (2) detects an opening of the locking device (25, 25', 25'') generating a command to activate the warning device (11). It is also possible that the button (31) and the buttonhole (32) have the function of the first element of coupling (20) and first contact coupling element (21) if button (31) and buttonhole (32) are made of conductive material and are connected to the control unit (2) 5 by means of the first connector (9) for the device of nrto. Alternatively, the device of detection (27, 27', 27'') can be realized (Fig. la6 b) real form of realization previously described comprising a proximity sensor constituting -the counter coupling element (21) and a detectable element constituting the coupling element coupling (20). In this case the proximity sensor constituent-e elem il ent cont o rodi 10 coupling (21) can be positioned inside the slot (32) and the element to be detected constituting the coupling element (20) can be positioned inside the button (31) or alternatively it can constitute the button (31) itself. It will be evident to an expert in the field discphoes itiiv the detection methods described are applicable to a variety of closures cboiem, and laficbci, lever closures or any 15 further closure comprising two elements that can be coupled and uncoupled.
