“ WE TT URAROADCONTE TT OOPENINGANDFLOW DIVERTER ” The present invention relates to a car road. In particular, the present invention relates to a road car of the type comprising a chassis support defining at least part of a lower floor of the road car; and a passenger compartment, which protrudes towards 17high from the lower floor, and is housed in its own inside at least one pair of seats. The passenger compartment is limited by a front windshield mounted inside a support ring provided with a pair of side uprights connected to each other by a upper crosspiece, and is also limited by a single openable configured to attach to the crosspiece top of the support ring itself. The highway vehicle also includes a diverter of flow to divert the flow outside the passenger compartment of air fed along the front windshield during the road car brand. Generally, 11 flow diverter includes one fixed spoiler protruding upwards from the crossmember upper or a movable spoiler configured to move, compared to the passenger compartment and under the push of a device drive, between a position and an evated position, in which 1 lo spoiler protrudes upwards from the upper crossmember, and a lowered position. According to the present invention, a road vehicle as claimed in the claims attached. Claims

CLAIMS 1 .- A road vehicle comprising a support frame (2); a passenger compartment (4), which protrudes upwards from the support frame (2), is limited by a front windscreen (11) inserted in a support ring (12) of the support frame (2), and is further limited by an opening roof (15) attachable to an upper cross-member (14) of the support ring (12) itself; and a trim strip (17) extending along at least part of the upper cross-member (14); and characterised in that the trim strip (17) comprises a fixed portion (18; 32) fixed on the upper cross-member (14) and at least one movable portion (19; 33) configured to move with respect to the fixed portion (18; 32) between a lowered position and a raised position, wherein the movable portion (19; 33) is inclined upwards with respect to the fixed portion (18; 32).32) to divert the air flow fed along the front windscreen (11) outside the passenger compartment (4) while the road vehicle is in motion; a pneumatic or electric actuation device (21; 34; 27; 35) being provided to move the movable portion (19; 33) with respect to the fixed portion (18; 32) between the said lowered and raised positions.; 2 .- Road vehicle according to claim 1, wherein, when the movable portion (19; 33) is arranged in its lowered position, the fixed portion (18; 32) and the movable portion (19; 33) are substantially coplanar with each other. 3.- Road vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixed portion (18) and the movable portion (19) are rotatably coupled together to allow the movable portion (19) to rotate, with respect to the fixed portion (18), around a fulcrum axis (20). 4.- Road vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the covering band (17) is made of a flexible elastically deformable material and the fixed portion (32) and the movable portion (33) are made in a single piece. 5 .- Road vehicle according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the fixed portion (18; 32) extends between two lateral uprights (13) of the supporting ring (12). 6 .- Road vehicle according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the movable portion (19; 33) extends between two lateral uprights (13) of the support ring (12). 7 .- Road vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the covering band (17) comprises a plurality of movable portions (19; 33) distributed along the fixed portion (18; 32) and configured to move with respect to the fixed portion (18; 32) between the said lowered and raised positions. 8 .- Road vehicle according to claim 7 and further comprising, for each movable portion (19; 33), a respective pneumatic or electric actuation device (21; 34; 27; 35) for moving the movable portion (19; 33) relative to the fixed portion (18; 32). 9 .- Road vehicle according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the pneumatic actuation device (21; 34) comprises at least one inflatable tubular element (23) mounted along the upper cross member (14), and a pneumatic supply device (24) configured to inflate the tubular element (23) to a final configuration, wherein the tubular element (23) pushes the movable portion (19; 33) of the trim band (17) into its raised position, and to deflate the tubular element (23) to an initial configuration, wherein the tubular element (23) allows the movable portion (19; 33) of the trim band (17) to move into its lowered position. 10 .- Road vehicle according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the electric drive device (27; 35) comprises at least one linear actuator (28) comprising, in turn, an electric motor (29) mounted in the upper cross member (14) and a transmission rod (30) connected to the movable portion (19; 33) of the trim band (17) and coupled to an output shaft of the electric motor (29) itself.
