Description
DESCRIPTION in support of a patent application for an industrial invention entitled: “SHOE ASSEMBLIES”. Owner: “COBA SRL”, with registered office in SANT'ELPIDIO A SEA (AP), Via Vecchia Porto 3136. DEPOSITED ON............. DESCRIPTION TEXT The present invention relates to an insole of assembly (midsole) for footwear, in particular for a women's footwear with heel. As is known, in women's shoes with heels generally a mounting plate is made on the which is mounted the sole and the heel which are the parts intended to rest on the ground. Instead the mounting slab is intended to be placed under the sole of the user's foot. In this case, the mounting slab must be appropriately folded so as to assume a shape three-dimensional typical of the plantar arch of a foot when the heel is raised above the toe. In order for the insole to assembly maintains its three-dimensional shape is known the use of a metal stiffening insert, appropriately curved like a plantar arch. Fig. 1 illustrates a mounting plate (200) of the type traditional. This mounting plate (200) comprises a bottom layer (201) in fiberboard, one layer upper (202) (commonly called taccola) in material cellulose and a metal insert (203) (shown in dashed lines) sandwiched between the bottom layer (201) and the top layer superior (202). With reference to Figs. 2 and 2A, the procedure of the construction of such a mounting slab (200) involves the following steps: - cutting the bottom layer (201) to size from a sheet (210) fiberboard plane, - cutting the top layer (202) to size from a sheet (220) plane of cellulose material, - application of the metal insert (203) on the layer upper (202) with a special application machine (300), - application of glue (204) on the lower layer (201) and on the top layer (202), - assembly of the upper layer (202) on the layer lower (201) so that the metal insert (203) is arranged sandwiched between the lower layer (201) and the upper layer (202), so as to obtain a flat multilayer (205), and - pressing of the flat plywood (205) by means of a press (400) provided with forming moulds (401, 402), for obtain the mounting sole (200) (Fig. 1) having an appropriate three-dimensional shape. Such a traditional process of making the insole assembly has many drawbacks. The mounting plate (200) being made, by gluing different types of materials, it has a cycle of very long process that requires a lot of machinery and operators, resulting in high production costs. The glues (204) used are polyurethane glues highly polluting. The custom cutting of the bottom layer (201) and the top layer superior (202), inevitably generates a lot of production waste, resulting in a large waste of material and a large amount of waste to be recycled. In fact, the waste from the bottom layer are all dry waste, while the scraps of the 80% of the top layer can be recycled. It must be considered that the supply of different materials from multiple suppliers and the disposal of waste cutting has a significant environmental impact. In fact the procurement of various materials from suppliers located in distant geographical areas leads to high consumption of transportation fuel, increasing CO2 emissions. Furthermore, production waste, such as cutting scraps, often are not reused or recycled, further contributing to an accumulation of waste and environmental pollution. The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art by providing an insole of shoe assembly that can be made with a process that involves minimal impact environmental. Another purpose is to provide such an insole of shoe assembly that is economical and easy to use realization. Another purpose is to provide such an insole of shoe assembly that is versatile, reliable, ergonomic and of valuable aesthetic appearance. These objects are achieved in accordance with the invention with the characteristics of the annexed independent claims. Advantageous embodiments of the invention appear from dependent claims. Further features of the invention will appear later. clear from the detailed description that follows, referring to one of his purely exemplary embodiment and therefore not limiting, illustrated in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view, illustrating a sole for shoe assembly according to the known technique; Fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating the first three phases of making a mounting slab according to the technique Note; Fig. 2A is a schematic view illustrating the last three stages of construction of a mounting slab according to the known technique; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a floor slab. assembly according to the invention; Fig. 4 is an axial sectional view of the insole of assembly according to the invention; and Fig. 5 is a schematic view, illustrating schematically the phases of the production process of the mounting plate according to the invention. With the help of Figs. 3 to 5, a sole is described assembly according to the invention, indicated overall with reference number 100. With particular reference to Fig. 4, the insole of assembly (100) comprises an inner layer (1), an insert of stiffening (3) arranged on the inner layer (1) and a shell (2) which includes the internal layer (1) and the stiffening insert (3). The inner layer (1) is a sheet of cellulose material having a thickness of 1 – 2 mm. The stiffening insert (3) has a shape substantially acute, with a curvature similar to the curvature of a plantar arch. The stiffening insert (3) can be a metal sheet, having a thickness of 1-2 mm. The shell (2) is made of polymeric material and is obtained by injection molding. The polymeric material of the shell can be a mixture of polystyrene (PS) and polyurethane thermoplastic (TPU). The mixture may comprise a PS weight percentage between 60 – 74%, preferably 67% and a TPU percentage between 28 – 38%, preferably 33%. The shell (2) incorporates and envelops the internal layer (1) and the stiffening insert (3). Therefore the shell (2) can have a variable thickness, along the length of the mounting slab, which can vary from 3 to 6 mm. With the help of Fig. 5 the procedure is described. production of the mounting sole (100). We start from a flat sheet (10) of cellulose material which is cut, using a tracing machine, in such a way to obtain the internal layer (1) which has a shape such as fit within the perimeter of the mounting slab which is he wants to get. The inner layer (1) does not need to be cut to size with dimensions equal to the mounting slab to be obtained, therefore this cutting process reduces waste to a minimum of material. To complete the process of obtaining the mounting sole, a stamping press is used injection (4). The injection molding press (4) comprises a mold comprising a female half-mold (40) having a recessed impression (41) and a half-mold male (42) having a raised imprint (43). The inner layer (1) and the stiffening insert (3) are arranged in the recessed impression (41) of the female half-mold. The stiffening insert (3) has holes into which they are inserted pins that are located in the recessed impression (41) of the mold female. The press mold (4) is closed so that between the recessed impression (41) of the female mold and the impression in relief (43) of the male mold generates a cavity (44) having the shape of the mounting sole you want to obtain. In the relief impression (43) of the male mold there are pins which lock the stiffening insert (3) in position. At this point, by means of an injector (45), it is injected in the cavity (44) of the mold the polymeric material that forms the shell (2) which incorporates the internal layer (1) and the insert of stiffening (3). The mounting plate (100) is obtained by co- molding in which the mold cavity (44) contains the inner layer (1) and the stiffening insert (3) and then comes injected the polymer that forms the shell (2) that incorporates the layer inside (1) and the stiffening insert (3). In this way manages to obtain a mounting slab having a thickness very thin (3-4 mm) also for women's shoes with heels high above 8 mm. As shown in Fig. 3, by means of the injection molding injection, the shell (2) may have lateral fins (20) that protrude upwards, so as to embrace the user's foot, in to ensure greater stability in the case of footwear with high heels. Again thanks to the injection molding of the shell, the mounting insole can have an ergonomic design designed to fit perfectly to the arch of the foot and heels high, so as to prevent common problems such as fasciitis plantar fasciitis, back pain and bad posture; all this without having to compromise the aesthetics of the shoe. It should be noted that the production process of the mounting sole (100) according to the invention requires the blanking of a single material, rather than blanking of two materials and also the cut shape can be approximate with enormous savings in production waste. Furthermore, this production process of the insole assembly (100) according to the invention does not require any steps of gluing, resulting in significant cost savings, avoiding the ecological impact of polyurethane glues. In the present embodiment of the invention, equivalent changes and modifications may be made to the within the reach of a technician in the field, which in any case fall within the scope of the invention as expressed in the appended claims.
