Designated Inventor: Cucè Massimo Filed under no. 10 DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a ossuary box with locking lid facilitated and the related method of operation. Bone boxes are known in the art 15 various shapes, sizes and materials, mainly made of wood and zinc. These boxes are used to contain the bones of the deceased and are generally consisting of a structure of support and containment closed by a lid. The 20 lid is usually slid on special guides or slides on the open side of the box to close it. Once the lid is placed in closure, it is necessary to fix it firmly to the 25 structure of the box. For this purpose they are -1- various commonly used fasteners such as nails, screws, dowels or other devices similar. These closing methods require the use of tools and involve manual operations for 5 apply and secure the closing elements. However, the current closure solutions in use have some disadvantages. In particular, require relatively long times to complete the box closing operation 10 Ossuary. Furthermore, they involve labor costs. not negligible related to the time needed for secure the lid correctly. These aspects make the process of closing the boxes easier inefficient ossuary, especially when it is 15 need to manage a large number of boxes in short time. It was understood that it would be advantageous to have of a bone box with a locking system facilitated that overcomes one or more of these problems. 20 The purpose of this invention is to solve the the aforementioned problems of the prior art, providing an ossuary box with a lid easy closing, which requires operations quick, simple and immediate manual closures, 25 reducing labor times and costs, but -2- while still ensuring an efficient final closure and effective, without any loss of material contents in the box. The above and other purposes and benefits 5 of the invention, as will result from the following of the description, are achieved with a ossuary box with locking lid facilitated and the related method of operation such as those described in their respective 10 dependent claims. Referring to the Figures, it is illustrated and a preferred embodiment is described of the present invention. It will be immediately apparent obviously it will be possible to make changes to what has been described 10 countless variations and modifications (for example relating to shape, size, various colors and parts with equivalent functionality) without depart from the scope of protection of the invention as appears from the attached claims. 15 The present invention relates to a cassette ossuary (1) with an easy-closing lid. In particular, the ossuary box (1) includes a support and containment structure (3), a cover (5) designed to mate 20 operationally with the support structure and containment (3) by means of sliding slides (not illustrated), and at least one closing element (7) of the folding blade or fin type. This configuration allows for quick and easy closure 25 simple of the ossuary box (1), reducing the -4- time and labor costs compared to systems traditional closures, while still guaranteeing a effective and safe closure. In some constructions, the ossuary box 5 (1) may comprise two folding slats or fins (7), which can be placed on one side (8) of the lid (5) or on a wall (9) of the support and containment structure (3). Furthermore, the ossuary box (1) is made of laminate 10 zinc. Note that they can be made variations and modifications to the ossuary box (1) without departing from the protection field of the invention as defined in the claims. The ossuary box (1) comprises a 15 support and containment structure (3). This structure (3) is designed to contain the bones of the deceased and is made of various materials, such as for example wood or zinc. In some cases, the support and containment structure is equipped with 20 sliding sleds for coupling operationally with a lid. The lid is placed on top of the structure of support and containment. The lid is designed to slide on slides on the support structure 25 and containment, allowing to reach the two -5- opening and closing positions of the box ossuary. In some cases, the lid is fixed to the support and containment structure through various fasteners, such as nails, 5 screws, plugs, etc. According to the invention, the ossuary box is equipped with at least one locking element of the type folding blade or fin. These elements of closures can be designed to fold down 10 on themselves to commit to closing the corresponding wall of the supporting structure and containment or the corresponding side of the lid with which they come into contact. In some cases, there may be two slats or fins 15 foldables, but the number of these elements of Closure may vary. The support and containment structure is made of various materials. Although in some realizations the support structure and 20 containment can be made of laminate zinc, in other cases it is made of wood or other materials suitable for the purpose. The choice of material may depend on various factors, including the specific application needs, the 25 user preferences, local regulations and -6- economic considerations. For example, wood is preferred for its natural aesthetics, while the Zinc laminate is preferred for its strength to corrosion and decomposition. In some 5 cases, the support and containment structure is made of a composite material or a combination of different materials. The support and containment structure can have various sizes and shapes, depending on the 10 application-specific needs. For example, the support and containment structure is designed to hold a specific amount of bones, and therefore its dimensions can be adapt accordingly. This mechanism allows the lid (5) to move between two positions: one open position, in which the ossuary box (1) is accessible for insertion or removal 15 of the bones, and a closed position, in which the ossuary box (1) is sealed to preserve the bones inside it. In some aspects, the sleds scrolling can be integrated into the support and containment structure (3), in 20 lid (5), or both. In some cases, the lid (5) is designed to mate with the support structure and containment (3) in such a way as to form a seal hermetic when in the closed position. This 25 may help protect bones within the -8- bone box (1) from external environmental factors, such as humidity or insects. In other cases, the lid (5) is designed to allow a certain ventilation inside the bone box (1) 5 when it is in the closed position, for example through the use of ventilation holes or a air-permeable material. In some aspects, the lid (5) is made of the same material as the structure 10 of support and containment (3), such as wood or zinc plate. In other cases, the lid (5) is made of a different material, for example to provide visual contrast or to exploit the specific properties of a material 15 particular. For example, the lid (5) could be made of a transparent material or semi-transparent, like glass or plastic, for allow you to see the bones inside the ossuary box (1) without having to open the 20 lid (5). The closing elements of the lamella type or folding fin (7) can be positioned in various points of the ossuary box (1). In some aspects, the folding slats or fins (7) can 25 be placed on one side (8) of the lid (5). -9- This arrangement allows the slats or fins foldable (7) to fold back on themselves to engage the corresponding wall in closing (9) of the support and containment structure (3) with 5 which come into contact. In other aspects, the folding slats or fins (7) can be placed on a wall (9) of the structure of support and containment (3). In this case, the folding slats or fins (7) can be 10 designed to fold back on themselves to engage the corresponding side (8) in closing of the lid (5) with which they come into contact. How the slats or fins work folding (7) is simple and intuitive. In some 15 aspects, the folding slats or fins (7) can be designed to be folded manually by the user, without the use of tools or special equipment. Once folded, the folding slats or fins (7) can remain in 20 closed position, keeping the lid (5) firmly fixed to the support structure and containment (3).
