Abstract

This mask is worn on the face, mainly covering the nose and mouth, and prevents the intrusion of dust, dirt, pollen, viruses, bacteria, etc. Three types of three-dimensional patterns are used to fit the face, in order to further prevent intrusion by increasing the degree of adhesion between the mask and the face. The three-dimensional patterns allow the mask to fit the face, while the nose and mouth area is curved outward to avoid contact with the inside of the mask, reducing makeup damage and breathlessness that are common when wearing the mask. In addition, a hard, thick nonwoven fabric is used that does not easily lose its shape when opening or breathing, and only the nose and mouth area (center of the mask) is doubled in anticipation of doubling the intrusion prevention power. Furthermore, the horizontal belt attached to the inside, made of the same material, can be used to attach woven materials such as gauze or various sheets, which can provide further prevention, absorb moisture from the inside when breathing or opening, and accommodate preferred fragrances. And, to deal with the burden of friction and deformation caused by contact between the surroundings of the article and the facial skin, we designed the seam allowances of three different patterns to be exposed. Also, the top and bottom of the article are stitched horizontally by machine, and the vertical size can be easily adjusted to the wearer's preferred size by cutting part of the top and bottom along the guide line of the stitching with scissors or the like. By selecting a thick and firm type of nonwoven fabric with excellent quick-drying and intrusion-proofing properties, the article is less likely to lose its shape when washed and can be reused after washing.
