Abstract
This product is a thermal conductive sheet component used in the manufacture of thermal conductive sheets. Thermal conductive sheets are used by sandwiching them between a heat source component such as a circuit and a heat dissipation component such as a heat sink in, for example, an inverter. The protrusions are made of boron nitride, which has excellent thermal conductivity. A thermal conductive sheet is manufactured by pouring resin into the front part of this product. This product has multiple protrusions arranged over the entire front part of the sheet part. The protrusions are generally tubular. Therefore, when resin is poured into this product, the protrusions do not become smaller or collapse due to pressure, and as shown in the "Reference Enlarged Cross-Sectional View Showing the State of Use", the protrusions are vertical within the thermal conductive sheet, so that the heat of the heat source component can be efficiently conducted to the heat dissipation component. This product is approximately 10 cm in length and width when viewed from the front. The square part surrounded by the dashed line is approximately 1.5 mm in length and width when viewed from the front. In normal transactions, transactions are conducted with attached enlarged photos or enlarged views of the protrusions.
