Abstract
This article is a member for a heat conduction sheet used in the manufacture of a heat conduction sheet. The heat conduction sheet is used, for example, in an inverter or the like, sandwiched between a heat source member such as a circuit and a heat dissipation member such as a heat sink. The protrusions are made of boron nitride or the like with excellent thermal conductivity. By pouring resin onto the front part of this article, a heat conduction sheet is manufactured. This article has a plurality of protrusions arranged over the entire front surface of the sheet part. The protrusions are generally substantially tubular. Therefore, when resin is poured onto this article, the protrusions will not be crushed or fall down due to pressure and, as shown in the "Reference Enlarged Cross-Sectional View Showing the Usage State", the protrusions will be perpendicular within the heat conduction sheet, so that the heat of the heat source member can be efficiently conducted to the heat dissipation member. This article is approximately 10 cm in both length and width when viewed from the front. The square part surrounded by the dashed line is approximately 1.5 mm in both length and width when viewed from the front. In normal transactions, a magnified photograph or enlarged drawing of the protrusions is attached for the transaction.
