Abstract
The article related to the design is a carrier vehicle for carrying conveyances such as plates and trays in a restaurant or the like. As shown in the reference views of the usage state FIGS. 1 to 3, it is placed on a pair of rails (rail pair) arranged side by side in the left - right direction with respect to the traveling direction (corresponding to the left - right direction in the front view) and runs on the rails by itself. Further, this article has a lifting function for moving between a pair of rails (first rail, second rail, third rail) arranged in the up - down direction with respect to the traveling direction. As shown in the reference view showing the names of each part, this article includes a main body on which the conveyance is placed, four wheels, a traveling actuator attached to each wheel for rotating the wheel, a steering actuator for turning the wheel, two rotating bodies arranged side by side in the left - right direction at each of the front and rear of the main body, and a rotation actuator attached to the main body for rotating the rotating body. The steering actuator is provided at the four corners of the main body so as to be attached to the corresponding traveling actuator, and it is possible to rotate the traveling actuator together with the wheel so that the wheel moves between a position where the wheel is placed on the rail and a position arranged inside the left and right of the rail and retracted from the rail. Each rotating body has four arms arranged at 90 - degree intervals. A support part is attached to the tip of each arm, and a guide part is attached to the middle of each arm. The rotating body can rotate in both directions around an axis along the traveling direction of the carrier vehicle by the rotation actuator. As shown in the reference view of the usage state FIG. 1, this article runs on the first rail by rotating the wheel in a state where the arm of the rotating body does not contact the rail and the wheel is placed on the first rail 1. When this article ascends from the first rail to the second rail above it, first, the rotating body is rotated as shown by the arrow A so that one support part of the arm of the rotating body contacts the second rail, and the wheel is made to float from the first rail. The left and right rotating bodies rotate in opposite directions to each other, and the front and rear rotating bodies rotate synchronously with each other. Then, with the wheel in a floating state, the wheel is turned 180 degrees by the steering actuator as shown by the arrow B, so that the wheel is positioned inside the left - right direction of the rail. When the rotating body is further rotated from this state, the main body ascends, and an arm different from the arm contacting the second rail contacts the third rail above the second rail (usage state reference view 2).In this process, since the guide portion of the arm contacts the rail guide portion of the third rail, the movement of the main body in the left - right direction is restricted. Then, by further rotating the rotating body, the arm is separated from the second rail. As a result, the main body is supported by the third rail by the arm. In this state, when the rotating body is further rotated and the main body rises until the wheels reach the position of the second rail (refer to Figure 3 of the usage state), the wheels are turned outward in the left - right direction as shown by arrow C and positioned on the second rail. When the rotating body is rotated in the direction opposite to the previous rotation in this state, the arm and the third rail are separated and the wheels are placed on the second rail. In this way, the article rises from the first rail to the second rail. The article descends to the lower rail by operating in the reverse order of the operation steps in the case of rising.
