Prefabricated pile inclination measuring device

Abstract

As shown in Reference Drawings 1, 2, and 3, which show the use of the article to the design, this article is used to measure the inclination of precast piles that are sunk into pile holes using a pile driver. This article comprises multiple guide members and multiple measuring rods that are held so as to be able to move up and down by the guide members. The multiple guide members are attached to a rod that extends between the pliers that engage with the head of the precast pile and the motor of the pile driver. The measuring rods are inserted through the cylindrical parts of the guide members, and the lower ends of the measuring rods are abutted against the upper ends of the precast piles. A scale is provided on the upper end of each measuring rod, and by measuring the vertical position of the scale using a measuring device called a level, the vertical position of each measuring rod can be measured, thereby making it possible to measure the inclination of the precast pile. As shown in Reference Figure 4, which shows a projection view of the guide member, Reference Figure 5, which shows an exploded oblique view of the guide member, Reference Figure 6, which shows a projection view of the bracket of the guide member, and Reference Figure 7, which shows a projection view of the guide body of the guide member, the guide member is composed of two brackets and two guide bodies fastened by bolts.
