Spray nozzle fixing jig

Abstract

This jig is a spray nozzle fixing jig used to secure a pipe to a target device, such as a cleaning tower, and to fix a spray nozzle for spraying a solution to the pipe. When using this jig to fix a spray nozzle between a target device and a pipe, as shown in "Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 1 Showing the Use State" and "Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 2 Showing the Use State," the nozzle flange of the spray nozzle is sandwiched between the jig and the pipe flange, and a bolt inserted through a through hole in the pipe flange is screwed into the threaded hole of this jig. The screw shaft of this jig is also inserted through a through hole in the target flange of the target device, and a nut is screwed onto the screw shaft and further tightened. Incidentally, sandwiching a sealant between this jig and the target flange can also prevent the acidic solution from adhering to the target flange.
