Inner tray for packaging containers

Abstract

The article to which the design pertains is an inner tray used inside the container body of a packaging container. This article is made of resin, such as thermoplastic resin. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the names of each part, this article has the function of separating the egg yolk from the egg white and storing only the yolk in the pocket, which is located approximately in the center of the plan view into which a raw egg is dropped. Multiple slits provided around the pocket allow the separated egg white to fall downward. The indentations provided around the pocket and between the slits function as guides to smoothly lead the egg yolk from the pocket towards the outer edge of the article when the article is tilted to remove the yolk. The part for which design registration is sought is the pocket portion.
