Abstract

This article is a measuring device for measuring the impedance (electrical resistance value) of concrete during concrete placement. As shown in the reference perspective view, it has a cylindrical protrusion on the front, and a pair of arcuate electrodes are provided on the front surface of this protrusion. On the upper surface, there is an LED for status display, which lights up red when the electrodes are in contact with air (concrete not filled) and lights up green when in contact with concrete (concrete filling state). There are screw holes at the four corners respectively. As shown in the reference cross-sectional view showing the usage state, holes matching the protrusions are provided in the formwork in advance, the protrusions of this article are inserted into these holes and installed in the formwork and fixed with screws. Also, a power supply and communication cable are connected to this article. Then, when the formwork is filled with concrete, the impedance (electrical resistance value) of this concrete is measured.
