Abstract
This product is a bandage case for carrying bandages hygienically, and is made by folding a polypropylene resin sheet like origami and welding the edges together to form a shape like an envelope for a letter. It is cut out of a polypropylene resin sheet as shown in the development diagram attached for reference, and in this development state, it is roughly divided into three blocks, an upper part, a middle part, and a lower part. The ears on both sides of the middle part are folded inward, and the lower part is folded over and welded to the ears to form a pouch part for containing the bandage, and the opening of this pouch part is sealed by folding over the upper part [see the perspective view (open lid)]. In other words, the upper part forms the lid part of this product, and the tip of this lid part is further folded back to the bottom side of the pouch part, and the semicircular cut-out tongue is inserted into a slit on the bottom side of the pouch part to fasten it. The dot-dash lines in the development of this product indicate micro-perforations (a process that makes it easier to cut by making fine broken-line cuts), and the upper part in the development is cut off from the middle part and the folded-back part at the tip of the upper part is also cut off to make the first stand piece, while the center part of the lower part in the development is cut out in a rectangular shape to make the second stand piece, and the excess part avoiding the slit in the middle part in the development is cut out into two flat trapezoidal shapes to make two pedestals. That is, the first stand piece and the second stand piece can be printed with designs such as characters and backgrounds, and as shown in the reference diagram (2 stands) and the reference diagram (1 stand), the first stand piece and the second stand piece can be displayed upright by folding one of the two pedestals into a V-shape and then inserting the cut lines with the first stand piece and the second stand piece together. The two pedestals have different numbers of cuts, allowing you to choose whether to display them together to create a sense of depth (two stands) or simply display one piece (one stand), as in the reference image. You can also use both pedestals when displaying each piece in two places.
