Abstract

This product is a prefabricated cardboard seating platform made entirely of cardboard material, and can be used as a bed by connecting three seating platforms with connecting parts. As shown in the "Reference Diagram", two types of frame units (frame unit A and frame unit B) are connected by connecting parts (total of four), and a floor plate is placed on top to use as one seating platform. Each frame unit is made up of two middle plates (middle plate A and middle plate B) inserted into a square outer frame, and each middle plate is assembled by folding back a part of it to overlap with the outer frame. In the overlapping part, the claws of the outer frame and the claws of the middle plate are overlapped, and both are fixed and reinforced by folding them inward of the frame unit. The overlapping parts of the middle plate and the outer frame correspond to the four corners of the completed seating platform. This structure prevents the bottom from falling out even when the seating platform is lifted, and the strength of the outer part, which is usually the most heavily loaded, is high. In addition, when three seating platforms are connected with connecting parts, they can also be used as a bed. The corners of the cardboard are protected using unique masking technology and processing.
