Abstract

The present article is used as an earth retaining material by, for example, assembling the grooves into a frame as shown in Reference FIG. 1 showing a usage state, and filling the inside and surrounding areas with soil and sand to use it like a sandbag. The grooves can be assembled in a manner other than a square shape, such as alternately arranging the grooves to form a staircase shape when viewed from above, or forming a polygonal shape with different angles. By arranging a plurality of assembled articles front to back, left to right, or stacking them, they can be formed into a wall shape or a bank shape, and can be used as a civil engineering material for slope protection or as a retaining wall. The present article can also be used for greening by growing grass in the gaps in the article or from the top of the assembled frame. The present article can be molded using biodegradable resin members, etc. The present article can have a height and width of, for example, about 50 cm to 2 m, and a thickness of about 0.5 cm to 2 m.
