Abstract

This item is a two-story house with a sloped roof. The eaves of a portion of the sloped roof extend to the upper end of the first floor exterior wall, and a room on the second floor is provided below the upper end of the slope, and a room on the first floor located on the indoor side of the first floor exterior wall is provided below the lower end of the slope. The upper part of the first floor room is an open atrium space that reaches up to the second floor, and the open atrium space is adjacent to the room on the second floor. A window is provided in the partition wall located between the open atrium space on the first floor and the room on the second floor. A window is also provided in the first floor exterior wall, and the window in the partition wall and the window in the first floor exterior wall are arranged parallel to each other in a plan view.
