Abstract

The article of the present design is a notebook, which is mainly used for recording training. A general-purpose training record book is generally divided into pages by the date of training, and the training item column is blank. Therefore, it is necessary to write the training items on each page, which is a burden on the person who trains. The notebook of the present design is a notebook including a plurality of record pages that constitute a plurality of pages and an index page having a heading section, and each of the plurality of record pages has a writing section, and the index page is configured such that a part of the heading section can be expanded outside the record page, and the writing section and the heading section each have a plurality of writing columns, and are configured such that the multiple writing columns in the heading section and the multiple writing columns in the record page correspond to each other in the horizontal direction when a part of the heading section is expanded outside the record page and the plurality of record pages are opened. The part for which partial design registration is sought is the part of the expandable heading section that extends outside the record page and the corresponding record page. Although the heading section and the record page are separate pieces of paper, as described above, they are recognized to be integral in form and function. Code 1 is the stored header and code 2 is the expanded header.
