Abstract

This image is for setting a destination and automatically acquiring route search conditions to create an itinerary for travel expense claims. Past destinations are listed in the right column of the image, and the user can use a mouse or other device to place a destination in the right column in any itinerary time slot in the itinerary frame on the left, and adjust the length of stay as desired, if necessary. In "Image 1 showing the changed state," by selecting the route search button in the upper right, the departure place and time are automatically acquired and a bulk route search is performed, and the search results are displayed as shown in "Image 2 showing the changed state." The user can then proceed with travel expense claims based on that itinerary.
