Abstract

The article of the present design is a sign to inform people around the location of a puddle, dirt, or other object that has appeared on the floor of a building or a station platform, or other public facility, and is also a blind to hide the object. The article is composed of three extendable legs that are self-supporting by bundling the upper ends of the legs and spreading the lower ends of the legs, and a cover that surrounds the three legs and defines an internal space in the shape of a truncated triangular pyramid. The cover can display a message to call attention on its exposed surface, and can also define a window by separating the lower end from the floor surface, and a vent hole at its upper end. Therefore, as shown in the "Reference diagram showing the state of use," the cover can partially hide the object while calling attention to the surroundings. In addition, the presence of the window prevents the cover itself from coming into contact with the object, and allows cleaning tools and the like to be inserted. Furthermore, the window and the ventilation holes work together to effectively prevent moisture and odors from building up in the interior space of the cover. As shown in the "Reference diagram showing the non-use state," when not in use, the cover and legs can be folded separately, allowing for compact storage.
