Abstract
This article is a long material support device used for erecting long materials such as pipes by attaching it to a hanging bolt hanging from the ceiling of a building, etc., and the long material is placed on and supported by a roughly U-shaped support plate body, and upper and lower locking pieces are formed on the back side close to the hanging bolt, protruding toward the hanging bolt, the upper locking piece is formed with a notch that allows it to be attached to the hanging bolt from the side opposite the upper locking piece, and biasing members consisting of leaf springs 1 and 2 that respectively bias the hanging bolt in the direction away from it are fixed in the gap between the upper and lower locking pieces. Also, the base end of a cover that prevents the long material placed on and supported by the support plate body from slipping out upward is pivoted and connected so as to be freely opened and closed. The tip of the cover is provided with a notch that is attached to the hanging bolt from the side opposite to the notch formed in the upper locking piece so that the upper locking piece does not come off from the hanging bolt due to an external force such as an earthquake, and a connecting piece that can be engaged with and disengaged from the upper locking piece is formed. The leaf spring 1 and leaf spring 2 of the biasing member extend from the back side of the support plate body in an X-shape in a plan view, and the hanging bolt is disposed at the intersection of the tip, and the hanging bolt is pressed against the notches of the upper and lower locking pieces by the biasing force, and is engaged and fixed to the hanging bolt. A protruding piece that protrudes in an approximately L-shape along the vertical direction of the support plate body is formed near the biasing member. As shown in reference figures 1 to 3 showing the usage state, the product is installed by tilting the product slightly diagonally with respect to the hanging bolt, and the hanging bolt is pressed against the intersection of the leaf spring member 1 and leaf spring member 2 of the product, and then rotated slightly toward the notches of the upper and lower locking pieces. The biasing force of leaf spring 1 of the biasing member and the biasing force of leaf spring 2 overlap to obtain a strong biasing force, which ensures sufficient fixing force to the hanging bolt, and the hanging bolt is sandwiched in the intersection and the sides of the hanging bolt are restrained, so that it is difficult to come off the hanging bolt even if an external force such as an earthquake is applied. By pinching the tip of leaf spring 1 of the biasing member and bringing it close to the protruding piece, the leaf spring 1 deforms in a direction away from the hanging bolt, weakening the biasing force and allowing the article to move up and down along the hanging bolt, thereby adjusting the height of the article.Next, with the lid open, the piping is placed on the support plate body, and the cutout portion of the lid body is attached to the hanging bolt from the side and the connecting piece engages with the periphery of the upper locking piece, thereby blocking the opening in the support plate body and firmly fixing the upper locking piece so that it does not come off the hanging bolt due to external forces such as earthquakes.
