Packaging containers

Abstract

This article is a packaging container formed by molding a sheet-like blank shown in the reference development diagram with a press. The blank shown in the reference development diagram is folded at the double-dashed line in a valley fold, and the blank is heated while being pressed during molding, whereby the synthetic resin coating layer provided on the surface of the blank melts and the blank is crimped to maintain the shape of the packaging container. Furthermore, the outer edge of the blank is rolled to form a rolled portion with a substantially circular cross section at the edge of the container, thereby improving the overall strength and stably maintaining the shape of the container.
