Abstract

This image is for displaying various information related to metal molding using a molding machine (e.g., a die-casting machine). The image diagram displays three images (each photographed image) side by side: a "photographed image" that indicates the current surface temperature of each part of the mold using color, which was measured separately using a thermographic camera, and "saved image 1" and "saved image 2" that indicate the past optimal surface temperature using color. Below each photographed image is a "temperature display section" that displays the surface temperature of each part of the mold together with its position coordinates. In addition, next to each photographed image is a "color bar" that expresses temperature using color, and the user can efficiently check the surface temperature of the mold in each photographed image using the "color bar". The names of each part and examples of usage are shown in the "reference diagram showing usage state".
