Abstract

The article to which this design pertains is used to prevent heat stroke. This article is made of a polymer with high water absorption and excellent quick-drying properties, and a material with high water retention is retained inside. The part that corresponds to the nape of the neck (the center of this cooling scarf) and the parts that correspond to both sides of the neck (the sides of this cooling scarf) are bag-shaped with folds, and ice / ice packs can be placed there. The folds make it difficult for the ice / ice pack to come out of the bag. In addition, the center and the sides of the neck are sewn with thread to restrict the movement of the ice / ice pack. Ice / ice packs are placed in the center and both side bags of this cooling scarf, soaked in water, and lightly squeezed, and in that state, as shown in [Diagram showing the state of use], worn by wrapping it around the neck, inserting the other end into the slit formed in one end, and tying the end to secure it to the neck.
