Abstract
The present article is a coil component that can be surface-mounted on a circuit board. On the mounting surface, which is the bottom surface of the present article, an element body in which a coil conductor is embedded via a light-transmitting insulating resin, a pair of terminal electrodes connected to the coil conductor, and insulating resin located between the pair of terminal electrodes are exposed. On the top surface, which is located opposite the mounting surface, insulating resin is also exposed in the center of the element body.
