Hand wiper

Abstract

The article according to the present design (hereinafter, simply referred to as "the article") is a hand wiper used to clean objects such as automobiles. As shown in the cross-sectional view of line B-B', the article includes (1) two blades, each of which is molded, for example, from silicone rubber, (2) a handle portion to be held by a user, and (3) a fixing portion for fixing the two blades to the handle portion. An anchor portion is formed at one end of each blade, and two grooves corresponding to each blade are formed in the fixing portion. As a result, each blade is attached to the fixing portion by engaging the anchor portion of each blade with the corresponding groove portion. Furthermore, the handle portion has a base portion molded from a hollow plastic or the like, and a protective portion molded from a material softer than the base portion (for example, a foamed material foamed with a base material such as synthetic rubber or polyvinyl chloride) and provided to cover the base portion.
