Abstract

This product is a blasting machine that performs surface processing such as roughening, rounding, deburring, and cleaning by spraying a blasting material onto the surface of the workpiece. The processing chamber of this product is equipped with a blasting nozzle that sprays the blasting material onto the workpiece, and the workpiece is loaded into the processing chamber through the entrance door on the right side, and an operator inserts his / her arm through a circular work opening located at the front and operates the blasting nozzle while visually checking through a window to process the workpiece. In addition, this product is equipped with a robot arm behind the door, and processing can be performed fully automatically using the robot arm. Furthermore, this product is equipped with a dust collector inside, which can also collect dust during processing.
