Piping marking fixture

Abstract

The article according to this design is a piping marking tool used to provide appropriate cutting position marks and insertion depth marks to a pipe to be connected to an elbow pipe joint (not shown). Explaining with reference to a reference diagram showing the usage state, with a pipe 1 inserted into a cylindrical part provided in this article, a cutting position mark and an insertion depth mark are marked along the marking hole and the marking end face of this article. The cutting position mark is used when cutting the pipe. The insertion depth mark is used to confirm the insertion into the elbow pipe joint. After marking of the pipe 1 is completed, the other cylindrical part provided in this article is used to mark the pipe 2 in the same manner. That is, with the pipe 2 inserted, a cutting position mark and an insertion depth mark are marked along the marking hole and the marking end face of this article. In addition, by combining with a pipe joint cover, the image of the piping after the pipe is connected to the elbow pipe joint can be confirmed in advance.
