Hand wiper

Abstract

The article according to the present design (hereinafter, simply referred to as the "article") is a hand wiper used to clean objects such as automobiles. As shown in the cross-sectional view of line BB, the article includes (1) two blades, each of which is molded, for example, from silicone rubber, (2) a handle portion to be held by a user, and (3) a fixing portion for fixing the two blades to the handle portion. Here, the handle portion is set to be larger in longitudinal size than the fixing portion. In addition, an anchor portion is formed at one end of each blade, and two grooves corresponding to each blade are formed in the fixing portion. As a result, each blade is attached to the fixing portion by engaging the anchor portion of each blade with the corresponding groove portion. Furthermore, the handle portion has a base portion molded from plastic or the like in a hollow shape, and a protective portion molded from a material softer than the base portion (for example, a foam foamed with synthetic rubber, polyvinyl chloride, or the like as a base material) and provided to cover the base.
