Abstract

This image is used, for example, on the top screen of an in-house portal, and facilitates access to various functions such as applications required for grasping tasks and completing tasks. In the image, a switching operation icon for switching display modes (described later) is arranged at the upper right corner, and an icon indicating the type of display mode selected is arranged at the upper left corner, and information corresponding to each display mode is displayed in the area below these. "Image diagram" shows the task summary list display mode. The task summary display field shown in the task summary list display mode also serves as a link to access detailed information about each task. The content of the displayed task summary is updated by clicking or tapping the update icon arranged at the lower left, and the number of task summary display fields displayed in the image and the number of tasks whose summaries were not displayed change depending on the number of tasks assigned to the user and the size of the screen. In addition, clicking or tapping the switching operation icon switches to the function list display mode, and the two display modes can be switched back and forth by the same operation. In the function list mode, icons for accessing various functions are displayed, and functions required for completing a task can be selected. By allowing users to switch between displaying a task summary list and a function list, it is possible to maximize the area for displaying task summaries in a limited space, thereby improving the visibility of tasks and allowing smooth access to various functions, which is expected to lead to more efficient work.
