Abstract
(1) As shown in Reference Figures 1 to 3 showing the usage state, this item is a tool for tightening or loosening a screw (including a bolt, etc.) having a hexagonal hole by rotating the screw. That is, the hexagonal shaft of this item is fitted into the hexagonal hole of a "set screw with a hexagonal hole" or a "bolt with a hexagonal hole in the head", etc., and the head of this item is rotated by the user's hand, and the hexagonal shaft rotates around the axis, thereby rotating the screw (set screw, bolt, etc.), and the screw is tightened or loosened. (2) As shown in Reference Figure 1 showing the usage state, conventionally, a hexagonal wrench is generally used for a screw having a hexagonal hole. A hexagonal wrench is L-shaped with a short rod portion and a long rod portion, and the short rod portion (at least its tip portion) is shaped like a hexagonal shaft. The short rod portion is fitted into the hexagonal hole, and the long rod portion is swung (the aforementioned fitting is released when moving back) or rotated based on the short rod portion, and the short rod portion is rotated or turned around the axis. (3) However, as shown in Reference Figures 2 and 3, which show the use state, it is difficult to use a hexagonal wrench in a machine with many parts, such as an automobile. To swing the long rod part beyond a certain angle, a certain sector-shaped space with the long rod part as its radius is required, and to rotate the long rod part, a circular space with the long rod part as its radius is required. However, in a machine with many parts, such a sufficient space does not exist, and it becomes necessary to swing the long rod part at small angles repeatedly. In addition, since it is necessary to fit and remove the short rod part from the hexagonal hole every time a swing operation is performed, this is extremely difficult, especially in a part that is difficult to visually check. (4) This product solves this problem. That is, since this product is used by rotating the head as described above, the space required for the operation is overwhelmingly smaller than that required for a hexagonal wrench, and it is possible to easily rotate a screw having a hexagonal hole even in a machine with many parts. Furthermore, there is no need to repeatedly insert and remove the hexagonal shaft into and from the hexagonal hole.In addition, since a hex wrench is preferable for turning a screw with a strong tightening force, it can be meaningful to use this product for most of the screw tightening process and only use a hex wrench in the final tightening stage.
