Information display operation image for visual inspection equipment

Abstract

This image is an image displayed on an appearance inspection device using a touch panel terminal, and relates to an image for focus adjustment operation when capturing an image of an object to be inspected with a camera (not shown). Reference Figure 1 showing the change shows the state in which the object to be inspected is captured by the camera. In this state, the object to be inspected shown in the live image is not in focus and the outline is blurred. After this, as shown in Reference Figure 2 showing the change, the user selects any two points in the live image of the camera shown in the rectangle on the upper left, draws a profile line, and moves the camera position up and down, so that the edge amplitude obtained from the image information on the profile line is displayed as a waveform in the edge amplitude graph on the lower left. Next, while checking the waveform of the edge amplitude graph, the user operates the camera operation button shown in the rectangle 4 on the right, and the focus of the camera is adjusted as shown in Reference Figure 3 showing the change, and the object to be inspected in the live image can be clearly viewed.
