Abstract

4. Design 1-4 is used as a wheelchair for people to ride instead of walking. The feature of design 1-4 is the shape of the wheelchair as shown in the figure. Design 1-3 seeks protection of the overall expression of the product. For design 4, the areas coloured red do not form part of the design sought to be registered, and the areas coloured grey are the areas sought to be registered for the product to which the design relates.
