Filter cloth mounting collar

Abstract

This product is a filter cloth mounting collar used for dust-proof fixing of a filter cloth tube having a thimble-shaped filter cloth to a filter cloth mounting hole provided in a partition plate separating a coarse gas chamber into which dust-containing gas flows and a pure gas chamber into which clean gas from which dust has been removed flows in a bag filter equipment for separating dust from dust-containing gas. The filter cloth mounting collar is used by being pressed into the burring at the edge of the filter cloth mounting hole opened in the partition plate (part colored in blue) as shown in Reference Figure 1 and Reference Figure 2. In the bag filter equipment, as shown in Reference Figure 3, a filter cloth tube is inserted into the filter cloth mounting collar that is pressed into the burring of the filter cloth mounting hole, and the open end of the filter cloth tube is pressed and fixed to the filter cloth mounting collar by an annular leaf spring (snap ring) sewn into the filter cloth at the open end. Reference Fig. 1, Reference Fig. 2 and Reference Fig. 3 are reference drawings for explaining the article, showing the use state of the filter cloth mounting collar, and showing the state in which the filter cloth mounting collar is fitted into the filter cloth mounting hole of the partition plate. Reference Fig. 1 is a perspective view seen from diagonally above the front side, and Reference Fig. 2 and Reference Fig. 3 are front sectional views. In Reference Fig. 1 and Reference Fig. 2, the part colored in blue indicates the partition plate, and the part other than the part colored in blue indicates the filter cloth mounting collar. In Reference Fig. 1, of the filter cloth mounting holes opened in the partition plate in 3 rows and 5 columns, the filter cloth mounting collar is fitted into the bar ring of the five filter cloth mounting holes in the center row, and the filter cloth mounting holes in the front and back rows show a state in which the filter cloth mounting collar is not yet attached. Reference Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of one of the filter cloth mounting holes into which the filter cloth mounting collar is fitted, cut along the line BB in Reference Fig. 1 and enlarged. Reference Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the bag filter with the filter cloth tube attached to the filter cloth mounting hole with the filter cloth mounting collar attached. Since the filter cloth tube is long compared to the size of the filter cloth mounting collar, the middle part of the filter cloth tube is omitted in Reference Figure 3.
