Magnetostrictive material fixture

Abstract

The article of the design is a fixture for fixing a magnetostrictive material. As shown in the "Reference diagram showing the state of use", a magnetostrictive material is attached to the article. As shown in the "Reference diagram showing the state of use", the article with the magnetostrictive material attached is attached to a magnetostrictive material characteristic measuring device, and the installation position of the magnetostrictive material to be measured in the magnetostrictive material characteristic measuring device is fixed. As shown in the drawings, the article has guides in the front, back, and left directions relative to the magnetostrictive material to be attached, and the magnetostrictive material is inserted along the guides to fix the installation position. The article can be incorporated into a jig for measuring magnetostrictive material characteristics. As shown in the "Reference diagram showing the state of use", a hole provided in the center of the main body of the article is the installation part for the measurement coil, and the recesses provided on both sides of the hole in the center part in the left and right directions are the installation parts for the magnetostrictive material. The article is not magnetic and does not affect the measurement of magnetostrictive material characteristics.
